The staff was professional and very helpful. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room, and also the good location in a very quite and nice neighborhood. I totally enjoyed my stay in Mestre-Venice. |

It has a great location for visiting Venice. Only 5 minutes far from the railway station (on foot). It looked like a new hotel. Nice and clean rooms. The breakfast is acceptable. Free safe parking! Everything was OK! |

I liked that I was able to check in a bit early. The front desk gave good info regarding Venice. Beware though there is a hotel w a very similar name some 8 blocks away where we were mistakenly dropped off at and then hauled all our luggage to the actual place, after being told it was really close by. Not accurate. I asked about the shuttle service the night before I departed to the airport and was told there was no availability and that they charge 35Euro for it. They tried to get a car service to give me the same rate versus the typical 40-50 Euro price and they were also not available. I was given a taxi phone number to call in the morning and was given access from the room to make the call. But come 5am when I needed the taxi, the phone call could not be made from the room and the front desk was completely closed and there was absolutely no one to assist you. I had to run out to the street at that time to search for a cab, which I was fortunately able to get at the train station some 4 blocks away. Not a sweet departure! |

The room decoration and comfort, friendly receptionists and staffs at the breakfast room, excellent quality breakfast, and complimentary mini bar. A great great value for money with no compromise on quality. Very close to the Mestre rail station. A little crib - the door of the room was not opening fully as it was touching the floor. The view from the room was neat and clean but nothing special - just a silent colony. |

I heartily recommend this hotel. It was superior to my expectations in all ways. Good quiet location, easy walk with luggage to train/bus stations. Good helpfull staff, filling and tasty buffet breakfast, hot and cold, luscious hot chocolate, broad variety and staff continually re-filled trays. Comfy beds, lift, excellent fresh decoration. Fridge in rooms with complimentary still and fizzy water supplies. No, but avoid Via Trento from the station as there are some worrying venues. Instead take Via Piave, directly across from the rail station, then 1st left into Via Col Di then third right into Via Fag., the hotel will be facing you on the right. Less than 10 minutes walk and very attractive architecture on this route. |

The hotel was nicely appointed and in a quite neighborhood near the downtown area and train station. It is only a 15 minute train ride to Venice and great alternative for a place to stay that is not as expensive as Veince. |

The hotel was very close to the train station so ideal for taking the train or bus into Venice. The breakfasts were great and the staff were extremely helpful. The Hotel is modern and fresh, with plenty car parking if you need it. |

The hotel is extra nice with quite a few modern touches. The interior colors are lively, they have a glass/metal lift with transparent walls, the rooms are big enough with an LCD TV set (English speaking channels as well) and free min. water for the guests. They also have an electronic entry system for getting in after midnight and air conditioning in the room is seriously capable. The location is really good as it's some 8 minutes walk from the Mestre train station, which makes it easier to get there with trains or with the aerobus from Treviso airport. It's also some 15 minutes away from the Piazzale Roma in Venice with the regular city bus line (num. 2). Perhaps the only minor nuisance is the lack of 24h reception service. You can enter by yourself alright, but I guess late night check-ins are out of the question unless arranged beforehand. Also as the hotel is in a quiet residential neighborhood, there are hardly any places to eat around - not even around the train station. |

The hotel is very modern and looks new. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was huge and looked new. There isn't anything to complain about. The buffet breakfast was abundant and offered a choice of rolls and sweets typically italian which were very good. The location of the hotel is excellent, just 5-10 minutes walk away from the Mestre train station making the hotel ideal if you mean to visit Venice or any other place which requires a train trip. |

Breakfast was good when it finally arrived. Room was ok, but in basement and had a sump pump that turned on when we used the water and was loud. Free bottled water in the mini frig and free internet and the hotel was fairly modern New gal at the front desk was rude. The airport shuttle service cost $30 euros, I emailed them about the cost but they didn't email me back, so I paid it, but there are other hotels that provide it free. |
