Front staff was very helpful The air conditioning was sub-standard - the fan worked but no cool air. Told management about this issue each day with no corrections having been made. Woke up each night around 3AM sweating. The issue was not that the air wasn't cool enough but that there was no cool air at all. Openned the balcony doors for cooler air only to be bitten by mesquitos |

We liked the food, good quality and always fresh. The room was daily very good cleaned (towels, bed sheets etc.). It is indeed very close to the railway station, 5 minutes of walking, in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. |

The courtesy, cleanliness, comfort and convenience to Venice were outstanding. The hotel owner and staff were friendly and helpful. The onsite parking was wonderful, as was the pleasant neighborhood and great breakfast. If you're making a choice, the Ambasciata is the place to go. |

The fact that the hotel is only 5 min walk to the train station. However the guests have to take into account the fact that Mestre is only a place for accomodation and nothing more..... |
