Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 4 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 10,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 2 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

The room was tiny. Walls couldn't block noise from other rooms. And breakfast is almost non-existing. Better go to nearby cafes where you can have proper breakfast with Italians for 6-7 Euro. |

The owners are the ones that are at the front desk at all times therefore they really go out of their way to take care of you needs.We felt very welcomed there and would love to go back there again someday. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for the markets, and we had a fabulous view from our room. The hotel was very quaint. The hotel was overbooked when we arrived, so 2 parties of our party of 4, were sent to another hotel. It was unacceptable, as we had kids, and it made it awkward to be split up. We were not contacted prior about the possibility of being put in a different hotel, if we had, all 4 parties would have looked for an alternative so we could stay together. They did sort it out for the second night, although a second move was still a nuisance. |

Reasonably central. Quite informal. We had a group booking of four rooms. Upon arrival they had allocated 2 of the rooms in their sister hotel. They did not warn us in advance of any changes to our bookings and had previously been notified that we were a group booking. It was extremely frustrating as the receptionist did not speak any english and refused to comply with our original booking. |

Very kind and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Just ten minutes walk for sight seeing in the historical center. With its location at a nice Piazza there is air to breath. |

Lovely room overlooking the city of Florence, breakfast was better than the average Italian attempt at breakfast with good variety. Very helpful and pleasant staff and we enjoyed our stay here. Location on a busy piazza away from the city centre hustle but quiet in the hotel and only 10 mins walk to Duomo and rest of the sights |

The view over Florance was fantastic(room 412) and the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Also car parking was not aproblem because the arranged a pick up and delivery from our rental car. Ideal! The shower head was not properly installed, meaning holding the shower head with one hand. |

We were in room 214 which had a grand view of Piazza della Independenzia and, farther on, Duomo. It was a Room With A view! The internet connection was poor and very complicated. The night shift guy lent me his lap top. |

la pulizia della camera e la posizione dell' hotel; è molto vicino alla stazione ma in una piazza più tranquilla rispetto alle altre zone della città. il letto era scomodo e le pareti erano quasi inesistenti...si sentiva tutto quello che succedeva alla reception e nellla camere dei vicini. |

Las personas en la recepción fueron muy amables y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. La decoración es linda con detalles clásicos y buen gusto en la selección de las telas de cortinas, colcha, cojines, muebles. El baño era muy incómodo con la regadera entre el escusado y el lavabo y un par de cortinas que no impedían que todo quedara mojado después de bañarse. El cuarto estaba formado por dos recamaras y el baño, con espacios mal aprovechados y muy incómodos. Hubiera sido mejor una sola recámara pero más comoda y un baño mejor distribuído. |

Lage des Hotels ist gut, sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten konnte man zu Fuß erreichen. Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend Parkplatz/Garage für Auto ist nicht beim Haus. Der Wagen wird vom Personal geholt und wieder zur Garage gebracht- das klappt sehr gut, fand ich trotzdem etwas unpraktisch. |
