The staff were phenomenal. They were very friendly and helpful. We had to get used to walking up 4 flights of stairs, and issues associated with an old building. However, the oldness of the building and its nuances grew on us and added to the charm.

The hotel is quite central and is walking distance to many attractions in the city. Its about 10 minutes walk to the famous leather market and piazza duomo. The hotel room is quite small but it was ok as we were gone mostly during the day and only came back at night. The hotel staff are very friendly and very accomodating. The breakfast selection is very limited but the best cappacino I've tasted in life! :)

L'hotel è molto carino e curato, è posizionato al iii° piano di un palazzo vicino al centro che si raggiunge con una passeggiata. La colazione è sufficiente e il personale è ,olto gentile e cordiale. Di sicuro da ritornarci, lo consiglio.

Es un hotel simple y sencillo, pero la calidad y calidez de la atencion del personal inmejorable, muy limpio, buena ubicacion cerca de todos los puntos turisticos mas importantes de Florencia , de la estacion Santa Maria Novella, de Fortezza da Basso etc. Muy recomendable.

хорошее место расположения,что до вокзала что до центра 10 минут пешком. нет своей парковки,кто путешествует на автомобиле,будьте готовы отдать ключи и машину что бы её отогнали куда то в гараж. кровать не закреплена,постоянно двигалась. очень тяжело найти- вывеска отсутствует,маленькая табличка на фасаде дома. завтрак отвратительный,вместо сока был какой то юпи разбавленный водой . чай холодный,кроме круасанов есть нечего.такого завтрака мы не встречали нигде в италии. позор.

Viaggiando spesso per I miei interessi di lavoro solitamente prenoto in alberghi di media e grande dimensione. Il soggiorno all' Hotel Andrea, che invece è un piccolo Hotel con 15 camere, non mi ha fatto rimpiangere la scelta. Io e mia moglie l'abbiamo trovato accogliente, curato nei particolari e collocato nella bellissima P.zza Indipendenza a pochi minuti dalla Stazione e dai monumenti. La camera con vista sulla Piazza offriva uno scorcio panoramico sulla città e sulla sommità di alcuni importanti monumenti ( duomo, cappelle medicee)

La vista de la habitación era muy buena y muy espaciosa. El baño era pequeño y frio, tenia un caloventor para climatizarlo. Esta en un 3 piso y cuando alguien deja la puerta del elevador abierta o mal cerrada (no hay alarmas para avisar) hay que subir por la escalera.
