Lovely room overlooking the city of Florence, breakfast was better than the average Italian attempt at breakfast with good variety. Very helpful and pleasant staff and we enjoyed our stay here. Location on a busy piazza away from the city centre hustle but quiet in the hotel and only 10 mins walk to Duomo and rest of the sights |

Extremely friendly staff. Hotel is very close to everything in Florence. A little difficult to get to via car; car park is done via valet service. |

The view over Florance was fantastic(room 412) and the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Also car parking was not aproblem because the arranged a pick up and delivery from our rental car. Ideal! The shower head was not properly installed, meaning holding the shower head with one hand. |

We were in room 214 which had a grand view of Piazza della Independenzia and, farther on, Duomo. It was a Room With A view! The internet connection was poor and very complicated. The night shift guy lent me his lap top. |

La vue de l'hôtel est très belle, le personnel est très accueillant. Très proche de la gare à pied. Il n'y a pas de chaînes françaises à la télé. Les salles de bain sont petites. |

La posizione nei pressi del centro, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. La tariffa economica. Il bagno troppo piccolo e con la doccia inutilizzabile. Stanze piccole e non moltro pulite. |
