Strategic location, nearby the SMN station and still within the historical center... everything within walking distance!
The hotel didn't provide water, you have to buy it. The package's breakfast only starts at 7.30am and we have to go out for tour meeting point at 7am, requested to refill our bottle with water only at the breakfast lounge and was declined, only can refill from 7.30am & asked to buy the bottles instead. Kind of annoying. The policy not user friendly for most travellers since no kettle or whatsoever being provided, & the breakfast hour starts so late that we have to skip it because the day tours meeting started early.
Great location. Great staff. Great breakfast
Location was pretty good, the local grocery stores were very nice to buy cheap bottles of water!
What was annoying was how you had to leave your key at the desk when you went out...also how you have to be buzzed in each time.
The view from our window was sensational! The view from the window while having breakfast was beautiful.
Didn't enjoy the breakfast - sweet bread was not what we expected - more options would have been good. A kettle in the room for tea or coffee would have been good.
TV was broken
We didn't like the customer service of the receptionist. The woman was unpleasant. She has extremely bad treatment to us. Furthermore, the breakfast was included in our booking price, but she want to pay additional tax!! As well as the breakfast was not good. The location was also not good.In the evening we was afraid to come back to the hotel, because outside have big men groups with suspicious appearance.
Great location, close to everything by foot. Located on a very calm street next to a beautiful garden. Internet connection was good. Helpful and friendly staff.
Their queen bed is 2 twin beds put together and these 2 twin beds kept moving apart while we slept. We woke up several times at night to fix the beds. Very poor Breakfast. Breakfast room is tiny.
Rooms were nice. They upgraded us to a room that was available when we arrived and had a beautiful view of Florence. Friendly and helpful staff
The wifi in the room was weak
great location, friendly staff, extra room for child, good bed -we liked
The location was perfect as was the park opposite. We had great views of the Duomo from our room and a very pleasant stay in a lovely room on the 4th Floor. There was a lift to the hotel so no need to lif baggage up the stairs.
The breakfast was not replenished often enough leaving a poor selection for those that followed a large group.
The location was good, only 800m from the station and walking to all major attractions.
Hotel is very dated. The airconditioner in our room was not cooling at all. The toilet & bathroom was too tight in space. To make hotel more attractive, it require full refurbishment.
Nice room and excellent location over looking a really nice park
Small elevator to reception and the shower cubicle was too small
Location and staff
The rooms were clean generous size
Neighborhood around the train station can get a little seedy
The location is reasonable and room is clean.
The woman staffs on the front desk were very unkind, sometimes rude. I was very uncomfortable whenever I ask them some service. They have to change their attitude to guests.
A complete nightmare!!! Firstly the hotel in dark and dingy! Most of the staff do not speak English. If you need to check out earlier than 8 am...u Cannot! Even though breakfast was included in the tarrif - unlike other 3 star hotels - they do not provide a packed breakfast if you want to leave for a tour earlier than 8 am. Worst of all - We requested for a wake up call - which didnt come.Hence we were running late for a local tour - unfortunately forgot a lot of our cash in a pant pocket hanging in the room ( There is no safe in the room). We came back that evening to find all our money missing!! They obviously searched the pockets and took all of it, Once we notified the reception - Firstly without hesitation - they denied it. After that - very unfriendly towards us. I would Not recommend this place to anyone. If you decide to go there...please make sure everything is under lock and key - as they will not even question the staff if anything goes missing or they are all hand in glove and divide the spoils among themselves!!
Terrible customer service
The room was very big, clean, close to tha centre of town. The breakfirst was ok, is a good deal in rapport money-quality.
Noise from the other room, the small from the room.
We paid for a room for three and was given a small room for two. While waiting for a place to sit in the dining room, we sat outside in the small balcony, while sipping on some juice we were told that we were not permitted to eat or drink outside. We felt extremely uncomfortable. The television in our room was not working properly and we asked to watch television in the lobby. We felt uncomfortable with the staff member when she began to question us regarding our desire to sit in the lobby to watch the television. First, we felt closterphobic in the room where the television and the refridgerator did not function. Secondly, we needed to find relief somehow from that small room. Suggestion: may consider putting a rubber mat in the shower to prevent slipping and possible law suit upon falling.
The location, I'm afraid, is the only thing worth going here for. the staff is to say the least a bit improvised. Being Italian I'm not particularly impressed by the "italian chraming jokes" so it didn't work for me.
I refer to a single room with a queen size bed, so perhaps other rooms are better. The size of the room is very (very) small, but ok, I can live with that. The bathroom however was scandalously small, meaning that unless you are a contortionist you will have a very hard time having a shower without taking home a few bruises! Moreover, at least the first day I expect to find the place clean. No luck this time. It was quite dirty and still found hair in the (ridiculously) small shower cabin. Probably the cleaning lady also gave up that challenge!!!
Staff Breakfast Location
Very old lift cannot be used, if the doors are not closed properly by other guests!
Classic room, nice staff, breakfast not much but enough
The room and bathroom is small Difficult to find, no sign indicating the hotel name
Its a great little hotel situated in a nice location. You have easy access to the train station, but I found myself walking to most places. The area is safe and lively. Friendly staff and spoke English. The hotel has fast wifi (20+ mbps), clean beds, tv and a mini fridge in the room. No AC but that is not a problem (and FYI is not common in most of Europe).
Great location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and spacious room. Perfect for few nights in Florence! 역에서 도보 10분, 방도 깨끗하고 스타프도 아주 친절합니다. 주변에 맛있는 레스토랑도 많아요!
The staff and breakfast was the best. Very welcoming and friendly.
A lot of noise at night from the "park" opposite was the only let down. Not the hotels fault however is was very disturbing when trying to sleep. Mosquitos too bring your repellent!
