Cleanliness of hotel rooms was excellent. Hotel environment is smelly because they are near the cow barn. Children under age of 18 are not allowed in the spa. |

The pool was nice, clean, and had ample seating. The entrance...no sidewalk down a drive ramp - not good with children or heavy luggage. The wait staff at the buffet were too few and too busy. The menu options will minimal, buffet was not replenished when emptied. The primi and secondi meals were served warm, not cold. The pool was closed for repair for 1.5 days to change lights, the hotel advertised the pool as a ++ but did offer any compensation for lack of availability - had we known this for our 4-day stay, we would have booked elsewhere, especially with kids. The bathroom door to our room was broken, the maids did not care about the do-not-disturb sign on the door when they wanted to clean, the price was inappropriate given the problems occurred. We will not stay there again. |

Our room was very nice and the reception staff were very helpful and keen to please. Service in the restaurant was apalling for our evening meal. They told us they were closing when we had not finished our meal and that we had to leave. There was only a set menu available and they did not give us all they promised on the set menu - pretty slack as we were still charged the full price. The following morning they were OK as they didn't want to go home I suppose. Put a bit of downer on the evening . The swimming pool was also very busy as it seems to be open to the public. Had to search for a lounger and then drag them all over into a space miles from the pool. Not the best as it was a nice pool but heaps and heaps of people and not what you expect at a 4 star hotel. |

The quadruple room we had was actually a double room with extendable sofa - very big for two, little crowded for a family with two kids. We had a big bathroom with a massage tub. The outside pool was great, it was not overcrowded even during the weekend. There is plenty of space for parking even in the garage. The good english-speaking reception staff was excelent. Some details in the bathroom are not properly maintained - even if you inform the staff about that. Nowhere on the booking.com is stated that the hotel is beside the riding center - excelent for horse lovers but not for people who may be disturbed on the smell of the horses. Attention - some gps systems do not locate the hotel on the right position. You have to look for the hotel in the northern industry zone of Villafranca. |

It is a very nice hotel with good location near Verona 15 min by car and lage de garda 20-30 min. The hotel facilities are very good. I really reccomend this hotel. |

This hotel does not offer what is written on the net. For exaple, it is written that they have an internal pool. Yes, they have, but is not for children and so on. Bad athmosfere. |

Wellness is very nice but the hotel is not so good: see below - Bathtub had no plug - could not be used - The safe was broken - unusable - shower is poorly installed so water is all over the bathroom - unacceptable for a 4-star hotel |

certamente il prezzo pagato, rispetto alla categoria. Poi l'abbondante colazione internazionale. Ho sostato una sola notte e quindi non ho potuto apprezzare l'intera struttura. L'unico "neo" rilavato riguarda che in camera si soffocava dal caldo, nonostante l'interruttore del riscaldamento fosse spento. |

Piscine extérieure idéale l'été, peu de monde en automne hors saison, Wellness bien equipé. Chambres famille assez comfortables pour la nuit, mais petites pour de longs séjours. Personnel et acceuil glacial, limite impolie. |

In particolare il Centro Benessere, bellissimo compresa la palestra e gratuito. Peccato che la gestione non sia all'altezza, far entrare le persone col costume nelle saune e per di piu' senza fornire asciugamani ma solo accappatoi e' semplicemente indecente, basterebbe conoscere l'abc di questo mondo |
