The hotel has a very good swimming pool.

The breakfast was very bad. The bread was horrible and the only fruit present was apple. The hotel is far from the city of Verona, and the only way to go to the city is by car.

There are some nice rooms available in the new building area, as we had with the past stays in this hotel. But in this case they missed our reservation and gave us some ugly rooms for our family w/o aircondition etc. Anyhow we didn't accept this and stayed as a family in 2 different separate double rooms. No apologizing from the managers, the receptionists offers a discount of 5EUR etc. => bad service, bad expierience

This is our 3rd time at this hotel. We go there every january because of an event in Verona; we choose everytime this hotel because is not far from the exibition centre and also because we like his spa and the hotel aniway. We definitely suggest this hotel.

Hotel entspricht niemals einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Sauberkeit nicht ok, Hotel veraltet, teilweise heruntergekommen

Nulla in particolare in questa stagione.

La cucina del ristorante ha ampia scelta ma la qualità è mediocre

E' un ottimo 3 stelle, ma non un 4 stelle. Buona e ricca colazione, sia dolce che salata. Buono pure il ristorante dell'hotel, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo ed ottimo e gentile il personale in sala.

Oggi non è un hotel da 4 stelle, forse lo era prima. Ho trovato bottiglietta di acqua aperta a metà in frigo camera. Prodotti toilette offerti non buoni.Connessione internet lenta. Scortesi alla reception.Non so come sia possibile ma non avevano cassetta pronto soccorso e neanche un cerotto da dare ad un cliente che sia era fatto male!!! Non consiglierei questo hotel per il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Geruch nach Landwirtschaft

Bella la piscina ed in generale la zona esterna, ma non di grande qualità le finiture dell'hotel.Buona la posizione per raggiungere l'areoporto di Verona soggiornando in un hotel con piscina ed anche il lago di Garda. Camere abbastanza spaziose e pulite.

Buono il prezzo ma certamente al di sotto delle quattro stelle. Manutenzione delle camere da migliorare.

La colazione: insufficiente e caotica la piscina: chiusura alle 19 in modo sgarbato luce esterno bar: spenta alle 22.30 senza spiegazioni

Der Pool ist groß,aber die Anlage selbst total vernachlässigt und vergammelt Keine Auflagen für die Liegen. Bei Ankunft um 15 Uhr war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig un am 2. Tag kamen wir um 17 Uhr vom Pool und es war wieder kein Zimmer gemacht. Frühstück ist ungenießbar, Kaffee grauslich und bitter..den besseren Kaffee haette man bezahlen müssen! Da fast nur Busreisende im Hotel übernachten ist alles Massenabfertigung. Personal sehr unfreundlich! Keine Gläser für Saft nur Plastikbecher! Das in einem 4Sterne Hotel. Einmal und nie wieder. Ich kann wiirklich sagen,dass ich mich mit Hotels auskenne, war schon auf allen Kontinenten und immer in 4 oder 5Stern Hotels, aber so ein heruntergekommenes Hotel habe ich noch nie erlebt und eigentlich müsste man eine Entschädigung verlangen.

Hotel bien situé à proximité du lac de garde et de vérone

Trés mécontent de cet hotel nous avons demandé de changer de chambre dès le début du séjour sans succès nous étions les seuls dans une aile de l'hotel parmi des jeunes ados du qatar venus pour des tournois de foot, des cris, des coups dans les murs tard dans la nuit, toutes les portes de leurs chambres ouvertes, nous etions plutôt dans une colonie de vacances que dans un hotel. Personnel de l'accueil dédaigneux et pdj très moyen,le beurre rance, fromage blanc baignant dans de l'eau.Très déçu du séjour dans cet usine à touriste.
