Hotel Antico Moro  

Excellent location for the price that you pay for. Two families with children stayed in one quadro and one triple room. The staff in the morning was very helpful in advising on travel and optimum ticket solutions for visting Venice. Best is to choose from single ticket for 36. 48 , 72 hours etc available valid on all buses to Venice and within Mestre, all water buses and even on buses to all islands.( Make use of washrooms on some water buses available free and you do not have to walk to reach ! ) make use of this for all travels even from and to train station ( bus no 21 and one more I forget ) to hotel. Good breakfast even for vegetarians like us. Large size of rooms and bathrooms. Rooms gave a good feeling overall. Incidently good Pizzeria next to the hotel.

No lift in the hotel and our quadro room was on top floor. Reaching Venice takes half an hour and buses are crowded between 0830 and 0930 am, so either start early or after a leisurely breakfast. The last bus from venece for hotel is at 1030 pm so you need to plan for return reaching bus terminus in time. The restaurents in Mestre will take last orders by 10 pm so plan for your dinner in time.

We arrived late in the evening and the front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful to get us into our room quickly. The next morning the front desk let us purchase tickets to the bus and water taxi right at the hotel saving us time and energy.

three bed room floor is air-conditioning, which is not designed for this area of the room. It was very stuffy and hot.

Very cute, small hotel, warm & friendly environment. The staff was very kind and helpful to anything you may wish. You can have public transportation tickets from reception, and necessary directions as well. The location is a little bit of disadvantage, but once you get to know the bus routes, is really easy to move to any direction (bus lines stop, right outside the hotel). Hudge shoping mall at 1,5 Km, and one of the best European hospital as well, both served by train station connecting them to Mestre and Venice. If visit the area again in the future, it will for shure be my first option.

The location (Zelarino) is outside Mestre. For some people, it may be a disadvantage, but for some others which desire a location near Venice but quiet at the same time, it would be a plus,

The hotel is located in a nice suburb of Venice and has an excellent public transportation to the city. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and even quite despite being on the main road. The breakfast is fair although it can be boring to have the same varieties after a few days. The staff is excellent, very helpful, they really do everything they can to make the stay pleasant for the guests.

I had trouble with the Wi-Fi connection but other guests had none.

We stayed here because of we want quite place and reasonable price. The hotel is really near from the bus to Venice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was really good with tasty croissants, ham, cheese, flakes, juices and other.

Rooms need to be refreshed. The room was quite noisy because of we had windows to the quite frequent street.

Nell'hotel non ho riscontrato nulla di negativo, solo il ristorante con loro convenzionato che non ha rispettato le tariffe comunicate dall'hotel, ma questo non è colpa loro.

Hotel ottimamente arredato e pulito. Buona offerta di colazione a buffet. Personale molto gentile.

Hotel je smješten 30 minuta autobusom od Venecije (Piazza de Roma). Parking je besplatan. Soba je bila velika I čista s pogledom na stražnju stranu. Jako mirno. Do hotela je restoran, odnosno pizzeria koji je po relativno pristupačnim cijenama. Doručak je pristojan. Osoblje je jako ljubazno. Josipa, Zagreb
