Excellent location for the price that you pay for. Two families with children stayed in one quadro and one triple room. The staff in the morning was very helpful in advising on travel and optimum ticket solutions for visting Venice. Best is to choose from single ticket for 36. 48 , 72 hours etc available valid on all buses to Venice and within Mestre, all water buses and even on buses to all islands.( Make use of washrooms on some water buses available free and you do not have to walk to reach ! ) make use of this for all travels even from and to train station ( bus no 21 and one more I forget ) to hotel. Good breakfast even for vegetarians like us. Large size of rooms and bathrooms. Rooms gave a good feeling overall. Incidently good Pizzeria next to the hotel.

No lift in the hotel and our quadro room was on top floor. Reaching Venice takes half an hour and buses are crowded between 0830 and 0930 am, so either start early or after a leisurely breakfast. The last bus from venece for hotel is at 1030 pm so you need to plan for return reaching bus terminus in time. The restaurents in Mestre will take last orders by 10 pm so plan for your dinner in time.

The staff was outstanding, spoke good English, and we're all very helpful. The room was large, clean, and well furnished. The location was close to Venice, near a large super market, and has a nice family restaurant adjacent to it. We took the bus into Venice everyday without any issues. Staying at this local hotel gave us a good insight to everyday living in Italy. The breakfast was really nice. We would definitely stay there again.

We found the hotel very easy to find and were able to park our car in secure off-street parking. This was a bonus as the bus to central Venice stopped right outside the hotel and it was an easy and cheap ride. There is a restaurant right next door and a shopping centre within easy walking distance. The staff were very helpful with all our questions and the breakfasts terrific.

We stayed here because of we want quite place and reasonable price. The hotel is really near from the bus to Venice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was really good with tasty croissants, ham, cheese, flakes, juices and other.

Rooms need to be refreshed. The room was quite noisy because of we had windows to the quite frequent street.

Hotel cu personalitate, cladire frumos conservata, camera spatioasa, confortabila, baia luminoasa, curata, frumos amenajata. Restaurantul de la parter are preturi accesibile si pizza foarte buna. Statia de autobuz spre Venetia e chiar la iesirea din hotel

Daca nu calatoresti cu masina, accesul de la/ la aeroportul Treviso nu e tocmai rapid ( trebuie sa schimbi 2 autobuze ), iar in zilele de week-end , dimineata devreme, autobuzul catre Mestre nu circula. Camerele nu sunt foarte bine izolate fonic, astfel ca se aud zgomotele din alte camere.

Emplacement idéal pour se rendre à Venise par les transports locaux. Le personnel très serviable.

Le bruit provenant de la salle de restaurant, jusqu'à 23h30 voire minuit ! Et nous n'y étions pas en haute saison....

Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable.(On y parle Français....entre autre). La chambre était spacieuse et bien insonorisée (même coté route). La situation, a 20 m de l'arrêt de Bus pour se rendre a Venise et a 100 m d'un centre commercial ...parking gratuit a l'arriere de l'hotel. Le petit dej...bien varié. Le Restaurant mitoyen est excellent... Pates maison ...et une des meilleures Pizza de Venise (au feu de bois..s v pl) le tout a un prix plus que raisonnables (comparer a la France ou à Venise Ville).

Petit bémole: le chauffage (clim inversé) n'a pas fonctionné, il faisait plutot frais début avril.
