Chose for price, location, and that it's a historical building. Staff is very welcoming and helpful, with a little English. Way better than my Italian, though. Bed was great, baths may vary. Mine was long and narrow. No one bigger than I or less limber could move around in it, but it was actually large. The breakfast is probably more varied than usual. Lots of types of pastry, but also meats and cheese and dry cereal. No hotel could be cleaner. Yes, parking! They use a city lot a few blocks away, but give you the ticket, you're billed later, and there is a moving sidewalk coming back! Just 3 euros a day.

i thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel. Great location, great breakfast and great value for money. Spoleto itself is a little treasure and is ideal for those wanting some peace and quite from the hustle bustle.

The hotel was in a good central location, not far from the terminus for the shuttle buses from the station, and close to the centre of Spoleto. The room was a good size and in a quiet position. There was no lift and we had difficulty carrying our suitcases up the narrow stairs. The breakfast was ok but the breakfast room was too small for the number of guests. We felt a bit awkward about asking for a top up of coffee. One of the staff was very helpful and spoke good English, but another person did not seem so welcoming and her grasp of English was poor (I tried my Italian but my lack of vocabulary proved a stumbling block)

The location in Piazza Liberta could not be better. It is close to many interesting sights and many restaurants. Also the local bus system is easy to get around as well.

We had a pleasant stay of a week, while visiting Spoleto and other towns in Umbria. The hotel is in a good location in the centro storico, the staff are helpful and efficient, and the hotel ristorante was excellent.

Molto ben ristrutturato! In posizione centrale Essendo la ristrutturazione di un vecchio edificio manca, ovviamente, di un ascensore. (A meno che non ve ne sia uno per disabili o un servoscala che non mi pare di aver notato)
