Great location, Quiet. Room and bath large by European standards. Nicely appointed. Reception hours are limited. Shower was unusual but all else was great. |

The staff were brilliant, offering high levels of sevice at all times. This is a very warm, friendly and charming small hotel. The property is well kept and well located within the central area of Spoleto, but is also close to buses etc. No actually there wasn'T. |

La disposizione in cui si trova e la gentilezza del personale. L'unica cosa che nn e' stata di conforto e' l'assenza di finestra nel bagno e alcune ragnatele trovate nel bagno stesso.(riguardo alla camera in cui ho soggiornato). |

Posizionato al centro storico e silenzioso,stanza pulita e comfortevole,comodo parcheggio (3€ per 24 ore) collegato tramite ascensori e tappeti mobili alla strada vicina all'hotel la colazione mi è sembrata un po' scarsa |

Ottima posizione per la visita alla città alta, facile accesso al percorso meccanizzato che porta al parcheggio, personale molto disponibile. Tornerò sempre per lavoro tra un mese. Assolutamente consigliato. |

La situation est idéelle pour visiter la ville de spoleto, et le fait de pouvoir laisser la voiture dans le parking municipal finalement s'avère une très bonne chose. La chambre était petite (comme tout l'hôtel d'ailleurs), le mobilier assez désuet, et la salle de bain sentait mauvais. Pas d'ascenseur. |

La collocazione centrale, il comodo parcheggio 24h convenzionato che permette di lasciare la macchina poco fuori la città e raggiungerla con il tapis roulant in pochissimi minuti. La colazione era un pò scarsa nella varietà. Poca scelta di pane e mancava la frutta fresca. |

Centralissimo e pulito. L'aria condizionata era funzionante ma non in grado di rinfrescare l'ambiente più di due gradi rispetto all'esterno. Di notte il consierge non è sempre in postazione. |
