The location and Price and the pool

The furniture is old and there is no extra equipment in the room like a coffee machine,

Hotel Apis offered everything it said it would. The rooms were small and compact but had everything that was required, everywhere was very clean. The breakfasts were adequate and the friendliness of the staff was brilliant. It was only 5 mins stroll to the beach and restaurants were only round the corner. Overall it was excellent value for money and would recommend it to others.

The hotel staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful, providing you with exactly what you like to know about Rimini, Riccione and the surrounding areas etc. It is located in a quiet road in Rivabella and is only a two minute walk to the beach. It is short bus ride into Rimini and Riccione for the nightclubs and bars.

The room was very small for the three of us, however this is no real suprise given the price. Breakfast is exactly the same every day, mainly consisting of stodgy food, bread rolls and cakes etc. But once again - no suprise given the rate. Pool can also get quite crowded when the hotel is busy.

Hotel in quiet road just a few minutes walk from the beach front. Nice pool area, and we enjoyed using the table tennis facility. The breakfast was also very good.

Hotel is very dark going up the stairs, we had a small balcony, which we would've liked to sit on with a glass of wine at night, but there was only 1 chair supplied. The bathroom was a wet room, which although nice, a bit of a pain to go to the loo after someone had had a shower.

We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Staff always ready to help. Location quite central for fantastic beaches. Description not misleading served as base camp comfortable and clean

Friendly and helpful staff. Good loction away from main road and close to beach/shops/bars etc. Room cleaned daily. Good breakfast selection.

Some noise from other guests, mostly Italian teenagers. Room a little on the small side. Pool looked unclean. No English TV channels available.

Abbiamotrovato una buona offerta, la struttura era buona e il personale molto gentile e disponibile

La dimensione della camera era mediocre...così anche quella del bagno/doccia..
