Centrally located in Venice. Hotel Compartments located approx 15minutes walk from checkin. Cooking facilities poor, AirConditioning unit failed to operate. No means of lighting gas hob. No information on Breakfast times or facilities available. |

It was couple minutes to water bus station, very easy to get to the town center. Hotel location in a very quiet place. |

1. Friendly staff. 2. Well located. 3. Spacious room. 4. Very clean room. 5. Room well equiped with a kitchenett, basic utensils available. 6. Shared bathroom surpassed my expectation - I was initially very sceptical about sharing a bathroom, but was very happy to find it neat and clean and spacious. 7. Neat and clean towels and bedsheets. 1. I felt that breakfast was meager as comapred to the others hotels that I stayed in during my this trip. I could have been a bit more but whatever was offered, was of good quality. |

We were given a room 10 minutes away, but in their apartments. We weren't expecting a kitchenette, so we were really happy about that. The last evening the power went out, so our food spoiled in the fridge and we had no electricity for getting ready in the morning. The 1030 am check-out is a bit early. Also, someone came into our room at 9 in the morning our second morning there - how they got a key and who it was, we have no idea - but it was creepy. Also, the night porter the night we arrived was very rude. |

The location of the hotel, and the free breakfast. the towels were linen instead of towels. Staff was not friendly. |

I liked the location of our room because we were right downtown. The fact that we shared a bathroom with another room did not bother us at all because the bathroom was always kept very clean. So if you want to go to Venice and you havent got a lot of money and you are not planing on staying in your room the hole time :) I would rcomend this hotel .. :) |
