The central location, cleanliness, central heating, nice staff, etc. Too noisy due to the tramways that pass in front the whole night. They also make the hotel to shake a bit and as a result I had a very lousy first night. |

The hotel is one of the best quality-price combinations, really central just a 10 minutes walk from Duomo and around the shopping center. I've also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. Well, the bathroom needs some heat (there is no central heating to the bathroom -at least in the room I've had) and in the middle of the winter you need some heating while you shower. And the tap was leaking too. And one last thing that brings back to old memories, the huge key chain of the room and the fact you have to leave it to the reception. A simple key card is something you expect from a a modern hotel in the 21st century. |

the best thing about Ariston Hotel was the location, too close to Duomo, and the staff in reception who were very friendly, they spoke english and they were willing to serve you 24h. the only bad thing was the noise coming from outside specially from tram and some times a bizzard smell inside the room. |

It was so central. Breakfast was good. Power shower also very good. TV channels was good. Very hard to find by car. No signs to direct you once in Milan. In the dark even worse, no sign lighting working over or on front of hotel? Parking costs, very expensive. No hotel information in room, ie: mini bar price list, general hotel info etc..... |

central location near the Domo, comercial street 1)we have arrived at 14 hr pm and we had to wait for the room (not cleaned) still 15.30 hr , when the check in is at 12.00 hr.; 2)there is a downstairs to take the elevator with the luggage and stroller ;3) poor quality of breakfast (specially the bread), is not at the level of the hotel |

location to Milan CBD The Hotel internet access charge is 5 times more expensive than an internet cafe....$6 Euro per half hour for a sluggish internet is both overpriced and annoying. The hotel should offer cheaper intenet usage as an incentive for guests to comeback, particularly considering it is a very base hotel |

Very close to the shopping areas or duomo in Milan. There are many retaurants, bars and supermarket around the hotel. A computer on the first floor is available for every customer, but it costs 2Euro per 15 minutes!! I think it should be free, because we pay 90~120Euro per night. (But....When I tried to buy a ticket for 15 minutes which was sold out at that time, a reception guy gave me a 30 minutes ticket at 50% discount!!) |

Easy access to tram and Cadorna Station / metro. Good for a stop over spot, close enough to walk to major tourist spot - Duomo. |
