The staff were extremely pleasnt and most helpful. The rooms were very nice and breakfasts were very enjoyable! Great location!Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend! |

Reception was very helpful. The location was good. Breakfast was served very well. The telephone did not work. There were attempts to fix - but not until next week. |

The location is fantastic, very near the Duomo and tons of shopping. The rooms were very clean, with new bathrooms and flat screen TVs. We initially reserved a triple room, but it was not available when we arrived, so they gave us three single rooms for the same price, which ended up being a great deal for us. |

Proximity to all touristic point of interest, esp. the Milano Doumo.Comfort and cleanliness of the room, efficiency of hotel staff. The high price (18 euro/day)we had to spend for car parking, but it is typical to all of the hotels with parkinng facilities in Milano. |

It wasn't the highest of standards, and maybe three stars is a little bit to much. But considering that you are in the very center of Milano, you can't expect more for the price. We had a lot of tourist attractions, and underground stations, close by - at a reasonable rate. Rooms, and bathrooms clean. Breakfast was quite good. Not too noisy, even with traffic outside. The rooms wasn't ready when we entered, we had to be given another one. |
