Very helpfull, kind and smilly staff. Hotel is in the heart of the city center and we stayed in a very large and comfortable room with private bathroom. We'll sure choose this hotel again when we visit Florance again. Cleaness, rooms decoration, no refrigarator in the room, no elevator. A few staff is doing all the jobs! Hire more people manager to show that you really care about hotel and make a renovation. |

the hotel is centrally located, offers breakfast and costs cheap. a good variant if you are not going to spend much time in the room and staying in florence just a couple of days. the floor in the rooms is made from tile which makes it very uncosy. |

The staff was super helpful and attentive and the cappucinos were incredible! My bed was wet the first evening and if you have a room on the airshaft the entire building's conversations are filtered into your window including the honeymooning couple and the married man and woman who fight. |

Hotel is located couple of minutes walking from Santa Maria del Fiore - the heart of city center. There is no elevator. The fire safety requires improvement (to my opinion). The hotel facilities are not perfect, but quite satisfactory. |

the receptionist was kind and helpful the room was old, worn out, even a little dirty. the bathroom shower didnt work properly.. the quality of everything was very poor |

Very helpful and friendly receptionists Maybe choice of food served for breakfast,I understand you prefer sweet breakfast, but it could be better to offer more kinds of cheese or some ham. |

Das Hotel ist sehr nah an der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Das Personal ist nett. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und die Dusche nicht ansprechend. Es ist nicht möglich zu duschen ohne das Bad komplett unter Wasser zu setzen. |
