Aquest hotel acollidor està ubicat en un edifici reformat del segle XIX. Podreu gaudir d'habitacions confortables i d'una ubicació cèntrica, sense patir els sorolls del carrer. It was located in Florence and they switched our room. The first night at this hotel was claustrophobic, the room was the smallest I had ever stayed in, if you went to the edge of the bed and reached your arm out you would touch the wall. I could not sleep that night because I felt like I was sleeping in a walk in closet. Early the next morning after reviewing the website and seeing larger rooms I spoke with the front desk who initially said all the rooms are the same size but after seeing the website I could state that was not true so we were given a much more comfortable room, double the size. Both rooms, the furnishing were a bit dated and shabby along with the rest of the hotel. For the price of the hotel I was expecting a nicer accomodation.

I have stayed here before. The location is excellent, being both quiet and close to all the main attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful while the hotel interior is clean and pleasing to the eye. In essence , it provides very good value for the money paid.

It had a perfect location for being near the Institute di Michelangelo. Also, just outside busy tourist area so it was easier getting around.

The receptionsts were very helpfull when you wanted to know anything. The young woman was very nice, she even let me use her computer at her desk to print out something. We have no complaints at all. Everything was good at the hotel. There was nothing that we didn't like at all. The bahtroom was small, but you don't have to live in it. What you needed was in it, so that's fine.

The breakfeast was excellent!!!! I rented another room for my friend who ended up having to leave 2 nights early due to an emergency and they wouldn't reimberse me for those two nights.Also there is a bar directly across the street and the noise lextremely high thru out the night.evel was

rude evening/early morning reception. did not offer to assist guest with bags nor give directions. Requested a 5:00 am taxi, was ordered for 5:30 and argued with guest when told the taxi was for a 5:00 am trip to airport. Put do not disturb room tag on, was taken off and room entered anyway. Left hotel after 2nd night, was not offered a rebate on the other 2 nights paid for. Room 32. Sister and husband stayed in double room 38 with similar experiences. They stayed the 4 nights.

Perfecte ligging in het centrum van Florence. Alle bezienswaardigheden zijn op korte loopafstand. Hotel voldoet aan de verwachtingen voor een kort verblijf. Bij langer verblijf is de kleine kamer en de erg kleine badkamer misschien storend.

המיקום. נקודה. המחיר שנלקח מאיתנו היה בלתי סביר בעליל. כ- 380 אירו ליומיים. ביקרנו בערים רבות אחרות ולא מצאנו מחיר כזה לרמה כזו, לרבות רומא שם שילמנו 100 אירו ללילה. סביבת המלון מאובקת, בהליכי שיפוץ. לא ניתן היה למצוא חנייה סבירה. צוות בית המלון לא ניסה לסייע בעניין זה. חשוב לציין כי זוג ששהה במלון בימים שלנו שילם רק 130 אירו ליום. כששאלנו הכיצד. ענו בחוסר נימוס שהמחירים משתנים ואין מה לעשות. לא נמליץ בשום פנים על מלון זה לאף אחד, למעט אם חשוב למישהו המיקום ליד בית הכנסת ובית חב"ד.

Accueil chaleureux, hotel extrêmemtn bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied de l'hyper centre mais dans un quartier calme et peu bruyant. Cerise sur le gâteau : nous avons pu restés garés devant l’hôtel durant 3 jours et gratuitement !!
