The only problem was that the Hotel Arizona was a little too far away from the real centre of Florence. however, the staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. The rooms are tiny! |

Excellent value for the money. Best value of any of 6 hotels we stayed in around Italy. Good breakfast. Room was clean, shower strong, TV nice. A little far (extra 5 minute walk) from center of Florence. |

I just returned from Florence and I stayed at the Arizona Hotel. It's within walking distance of the sights.The staff were friendly and helpful, the great location and clean rooms, the next time I return to Florence, I'm definitely going to book at the Arizona Hotel. |

The hotel staff were just lovely! Helpful and full of smiles when we entered or left the hotel. At breakfast, once an item was running low, they replenished it. There was lots to choose from at breakfast and the coffee was good. The hotel was close to the city center. Even if you didn't want to walk to the center to find a restaurant, there were many others close to the hotel. I prefer a softer bed than what was provided, but other guests may prefer this type of bed. |

Good basic standard. Single room very small but general facilities were fine. Made choice on basis of location. Strange smell in the room. Was offered an alternative but too busy to try it. |

The hotel was walking distance to many attractions. The room was very small for 3 adults. Room had a musty smell, but probably would not have bothered me (old buildings often do) if we had a little more space. they should not advertise room for 3 adults if there really isn't. |

The hotel is in a very quiet area of the historical center and everything is in a really short walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful always. The hotel provided all the facilities we could possibly want. The neighbourhood where the hotel was situated were full of little great osterias and pizzarias, where everything was on a reasonable prices. The breakfast was really rich. I tnink that the parking was a little expensive and this refers not only to the hotel but to the whole Florence area. |

The location was good since it was possible to walk to everything we wanted to see without being in the middle of all the crowds. The room was spartan in the sense that there was not even a set of drawers to unpack into. The cleaning staff left the plastic cups from the previous day without giving fresh cups and one day they took the old cups away and did not leave fresh cups. The shower was very small, about 2 ft by 2 ft. Despite these issues, it was not an unpleasant experience. |

The hotel is in a quiet area of the historical center and everything a tourist wants to see is in a short walking distance. In the neighbourhood we had many choices for small very good local osterias and pizzerias. The Hotel provided all the facilities we could possibly want and the staff was very friendly always ready to help us in any question.Big variety of breakfast too. Actually none.Everything was perfect and we would clearly suggest this Hotel to anyone.In fact if we ever go yo Florence again we won't even search again for another Hotel. |

The breakfast was very nice with a good assortment of foods. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were a little small and the location was a little far from the heart of the city. The air conditioning in the triple bedroom was not working. |
