Hotel Arizona  

It was located in Florence and they switched our room.

The first night at this hotel was claustrophobic, the room was the smallest I had ever stayed in, if you went to the edge of the bed and reached your arm out you would touch the wall. I could not sleep that night because I felt like I was sleeping in a walk in closet. Early the next morning after reviewing the website and seeing larger rooms I spoke with the front desk who initially said all the rooms are the same size but after seeing the website I could state that was not true so we were given a much more comfortable room, double the size. Both rooms, the furnishing were a bit dated and shabby along with the rest of the hotel. For the price of the hotel I was expecting a nicer accomodation.

Flexibility of staff. They started breakfast earlier than usual on Sunday to accommodate marathon runners.

Mostly for the location which was central to all our sights. Great breakfast.

Too small room

rude evening/early morning reception. did not offer to assist guest with bags nor give directions. Requested a 5:00 am taxi, was ordered for 5:30 and argued with guest when told the taxi was for a 5:00 am trip to airport. Put do not disturb room tag on, was taken off and room entered anyway. Left hotel after 2nd night, was not offered a rebate on the other 2 nights paid for. Room 32. Sister and husband stayed in double room 38 with similar experiences. They stayed the 4 nights.

部屋は狭いが、天井が高いので圧迫感は無い。市内観光に行くには便利な場所。近くに美味しいレストラン（a- cquacotta）がある。

המחיר שנלקח מאיתנו היה בלתי סביר בעליל. כ- 380 אירו ליומיים. ביקרנו בערים רבות אחרות ולא מצאנו מחיר כזה לרמה כזו, לרבות רומא שם שילמנו 100 אירו ללילה. סביבת המלון מאובקת, בהליכי שיפוץ. לא ניתן היה למצוא חנייה סבירה. צוות בית המלון לא ניסה לסייע בעניין זה. חשוב לציין כי זוג ששהה במלון בימים שלנו שילם רק 130 אירו ליום. כששאלנו הכיצד. ענו בחוסר נימוס שהמחירים משתנים ואין מה לעשות. לא נמליץ בשום פנים על מלון זה לאף אחד, למעט אם חשוב למישהו המיקום ליד בית הכנסת ובית חב"ד.

Positivo l'hotel , la cortesia del personale e anche la pulizia generale. Colazione soddisacente. Da consigliare anche per business.

Accueil chaleureux, hotel extrêmemtn bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied de l'hyper centre mais dans un quartier calme et peu bruyant. Cerise sur le gâteau : nous avons pu restés garés devant l’hôtel durant 3 jours et gratuitement !!
