Staff was friendly and did their best to communicate in English.
The position was great. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was included and was good
The place is a little tired. Could do with a bit of a spruce up and airconditioning in the entire building not just the rooms. The shower was tiny
Good location for people who wants to see the city
weak WiFi, hotel is in limited traffic zone and has very small parking, costs 15-25 euro depending on the car size
It's not the Ritz, but it's a great hotel with amazing staff. Everything is clean and works as expected. Room was small but clean and confortable and breakfast was as good as one could hope for in a 3 star hotel. I totaly recommend it, it's good and it's cheap.
Tv signal was not perfect on room 29 but that's a minor problem.
the staff was excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable.
The staff were excellent. We were staying Florence for a couple of days and they gave us a map and drew directions to all the tourist attractions and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Florence. Excellent value for money
There was not much to dislike really. The hotel is a little dated I suppose but it didn't matter. Our room was a little cramped but again nothing that spoiled our visit
Staff courtesy was the best of all
Nothing to mention
+ Location + Parking facilities + Friendly and service oriented staff + Great value for money + Great (fresh) coffee in the morning
- Mold in the bathroom - Room a little outdated
The staff was very friendly, the hotel is also nice.I would advise this hotel if your purpose is walking around the city but not spending much in the room, cause the room itself is a little bit small. But people working there are very nice and helpful.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arizona. Staff/owners were extremely helpful and personable; tried very hard to please. Daily breakfast was very full and nice. Hotel's location is excellent. For Jewish visitors, it is next door to the main synagogue, next door to main kosher dairy restaurant, and across the street from Habad, which offers meals for the Sabbath. Overall, we were very pleased and highly recommend this lovely place.
Only disappointment was hotel's erratic wifi. Sometimes worked beautifully, sometimes not so well. I should note that when the service was poor, front desk tried to be helpful.
Staff courtesy was unbelievably excellent
Air-conditioning needs improvement
THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL. THE ROOM WAS ADEQUATE FOR OUR NEEDS. VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY AND IDEAL CENTRAL LOCATION.
NO TEA/COFFEE FACILITIES IN ROOM.
Staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. They took care of reservations for restaurants and tours. We were there for a week and enjoyed returning to the hotel each evening. Highly recommend!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to all key attractions.
Very nice and amicable personnel. Good location.
The lift was extremely slow. The single room was a bit claustrophobic.
The hotel managers were superb. They had excellent customer service skills. They responded quickly to all of our requests and were very attentive to our needs. They were friendly and resourceful. They made excellent recommendations for restaurants and other service needs.
The rooms were too small stuffy.
Personalized service! This is NOT your run of the mill Hilton or Marriott! When we told them we had an early plane to catch, not only did they get us a taxi, they also opened the restaurant for breakfast an hour earlier than normal!
Kosher breakfast and staff service
Some of the facilities could use a little renewal
The receptionist Elton was a very kind and helpful person who is willing to help you in any matters. The site is about 15 minutes walk to duomo and a comfortable hotel. You can also be sure that it is clean. Price-performance relationship is perfect.
The wireless internet connection was very poor in our room.
Best of the best. Cannot say enough about the staff. Would recommend it to anyone
Good location, we could walk to all the points of interest in the city. Very good breakfast, the only thing I missed was some fruit salad or some sliced fruit.
The room was a little bit dark with the carpet and stuff.
The brothers working at the reception also the owners of the hotel are very nice - glad to offer the help, patient and most importantly very humour as well! The breakfast is rich and nice, especially when comparing what we had at Rome.
Maybe the bed if single room will be too narrow for an adult male.
Location, value for money, staff, breakfast, cleanliness, confort.
The staff is truly great. Always helpful and fun. Very gracious hosts. I would come back just for them. I also like the quiet location near the Synogogue and near Santa Croce. It is nice and quiet and less touristy. The breakfasts were great. The hospitality makes this hotel great.
The rooms are on the small side but next time I would just get a bigger room there.
