Wonderful location for us, as we observe kosher laws. This was next door to the kosher restaurant and the Chabad house. Also, the staff was excellent and helpful. Thanks!
Very close to the city center, about 10 min by walk. The hotel is old style but nice and clean. The breakfast is good
The location is great! It's a walk of all the main places is Florence! For Jews it's close to the synagogue and it has a kosher breakfast :) The hotel is rean by a very lovely family, and they really try to do the best for the visitors.
next door to a kosher restaurant and the grand Florence synagogue
We counted 9 dead mosquitos squashed on the walls. The shower took 35 minutes to drain. Management, however, very polite and ready to help.
Don't forget to buy something against mosquitoes, even in late October there were plenty.
excellent staff - couldn't be more helpful, and very friendly. The breakfasts were really good, with lots of choice. The bathrooms were top notch and the beds super comfy. Some of the rooms are small, but well equipped. There are beautiful frescoes on some of the ceilings.
Small hotel with a lot of character.
The name of the hotel didn't fill me with excitement.
very friendly and helpful staff very comfortable rooms lovely bathrooms great variety for breakfast a communal lounge with computers roof terrace with great views mini fridge in rooms
Wonderful staff that really go out of their way to make you feel at home. Little touches, like our morning cappuccinos having smiley faces or suns on the top. Bigger things, like a complementary bottle of proseco for my birthday.
Our bed was hard, and I had some problems sleeping. (May not be an issue for everyone.)
When we came to check-in, there was a problem with the room we ordered so the staff offered us a luxury apartment for the same price. Everything was clean and smelled nice. The location was great, only 5 minutes by walk from Piazza del Duomo. The staff was very nice and helpful. Only a few meters away from the hotel there is a fantastic family trattoria called Acquacotta.
the brothers were very helpful. we really appreciated their giving us directions and they demonstrated care and a personal touch. female staff behind desk very nice too. very homey. other staff
were average. wifi did not work.
Good and quiet location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. WIFI was very good.
Room was a bit small with poor facilities. There was not even a hook to hang your hat on. The safe was not fixated to the wall. No shelves in the closet. Mold in bathroom.
The staff were absolutely incredible, very helpful and available. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Florence.
family run business
Great location, perfect staff, clean room, garage
Staff was friendly and did their best to communicate in English.
The position was great. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was included and was good
The place is a little tired. Could do with a bit of a spruce up and airconditioning in the entire building not just the rooms. The shower was tiny
Good location for people who wants to see the city
weak WiFi, hotel is in limited traffic zone and has very small parking, costs 15-25 euro depending on the car size
It's not the Ritz, but it's a great hotel with amazing staff. Everything is clean and works as expected. Room was small but clean and confortable and breakfast was as good as one could hope for in a 3 star hotel. I totaly recommend it, it's good and it's cheap.
Tv signal was not perfect on room 29 but that's a minor problem.
the staff was excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable.
The staff were excellent. We were staying Florence for a couple of days and they gave us a map and drew directions to all the tourist attractions and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Florence. Excellent value for money
There was not much to dislike really. The hotel is a little dated I suppose but it didn't matter. Our room was a little cramped but again nothing that spoiled our visit
Staff courtesy was the best of all
Nothing to mention
+ Location + Parking facilities + Friendly and service oriented staff + Great value for money + Great (fresh) coffee in the morning
- Mold in the bathroom - Room a little outdated
