Wonderful location, friendly English-speaking staff. Free first bottle of water in the refrigerator shows their consideration to customers. And of course, the cheap price.
The flushing water was not enough.
Super helpful staff , excellent location, very close to metro station, makes you very easy to get around Milan. The room is super clean, small but can serve the need (a family with one toddler). Very quiet at night.
Great staff and location, good prices. We were a group of 30 friends and we will be back for sure.
Really helpful and friendly staff, excellent location
The room was very small, old, with ceiling window and unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
easy to reach, good value for money. the renovated rooms looks very good. location is very central and extremely quite.
Adequate to the price the only thing I can say that there is a big disparity from room to room, so make sure you understand in advance the room that you are actually booking.
good location near the underground and at the beginning of main shopping street friendly and helpful staff excellent wi-fi
there is no lift - it's rather difficult to go up stairs with luggage it's a bit noisy when you're trying to sleep
Very helpful staff, easy 24 hr. check in. Secure Parking in a local garage. Just a 40 minute walk to the city and 5 minutes walk from one of the main shopping areas
Limited choice for breakfast, but adequate. Being told I couldn't fill my drink bottle from the water dispenser.
It's location, 10 minutes walk from my place of business and with many metro stations close by. Acceptable Italian style breakfast with bread, cake, croissant, fruit, yoghurt, cold cuts, cheese cuts, juice and milk. Also coffee and tea.
Everything! The electric outlets in the room would fall out when you try to unplug something. One outlet was missing a piece and had the wires exposed. There was a completely rotten patch of 20cmx40cm in a wall. The water is always running in the toilet, the furniture is old and worn out, you can hear the people in the adjacent room talk clearly and even sneeze, no clock in the room, internet keeps disconnecting when you don't use it 5 minutes, 2 staff were really obnoxious but 2 others really nice. One of the bad staff wanted to charge me for an extra city map, apparently you get 1 map only for free.
The location is ok.
Each person can only have one free wifi code. If you have a laptop and a phone, you should pay for another. But on the booking page, it says that wifi is free. In the 3 persons room, one of the bed is very small and not comfortable.
Location, reasonably priced for the area, cleanliness. Very close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets and only a couple of stops from duomo.
Wifi is a bit sketchy in some rooms.
When we arrived we were upgraded to a very nice Superior room with lovely modern decor complete with Tea/ Coffee making facilities and a fridge. It was a short walk to the Metro and just a couple of stops to the City Centre plus the Number 81 Bus went from just by the Hotel to the Central Station.
-Good location of the hotel. -Good breakfast and the staff
-In the hotel I felt the smell of tobacco. --The walls in the room are dirty. -There were stains on the bedspread. From the air conditioner had a bad smell and so they could not use
the room is tidy. the cleaning lady is very kind to help me with my lugguage.
Cleanliness...nice room and the staff was very kind.
The internet connection...the breakfast its simple...and the location...
Really brilliant and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble: advice, booking restaurants etc.. I left some clothes behind and they are mailing them to me!
The hotel was comfortable and well-appointed. It was also very quiet, which made for restful sleep!
Location is somewhat far away from the centre. There is a five-minute walk to the nearest subway station on Piazzale Loreto. The hotel has no lift.
- Easy 10 minute walk to the Metro - Room was spacious, clean, modern, and had good air conditioning - Good breakfast (cereals, rolls/bread, pastries, ham, cheese, fruit, and fresh coffee on request - Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful
Place and staff were wonderful.
Wifi was terrible and I couldnt connect easily. When people in other rooms talk we could hear them. No eggs in the breakfast.
Clean, neat place.. Comfortable Awesome and very helpful staff So glad I found this place
There could be a better breakfast.. but it was good anyway...
The location was easy and safe. The staff were great and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and very clean.
There is nothing to not like.
good locations (3 min. to metro), friendly staff, best price,
little noisy room (street side)
Location close to the Loretto metro station. The room was very small and looked a little bit depressing. It was clean though. The staff was not the most friendly people I've met but at least answered questions.
Breakfast was poor. Overall it seemed too expensive for what I got. The key-chain to my room weighed almost half a pound! and you need to leave the key at the front desk every time you go outside and ask for it when returning to your room, much like it was in the 80s! (before the electronic key came out). Internet signal was too weak.
Closeness to city, nice breakfast of pastries and meat and cheese.
Problems with room (leaking toilet) were not handles that day.
very good breakfast very friendly staff and helpful
small rooms location
