It's location, 10 minutes walk from my place of business and with many metro stations close by. Acceptable Italian style breakfast with bread, cake, croissant, fruit, yoghurt, cold cuts, cheese cuts, juice and milk. Also coffee and tea.
Everything! The electric outlets in the room would fall out when you try to unplug something. One outlet was missing a piece and had the wires exposed. There was a completely rotten patch of 20cmx40cm in a wall. The water is always running in the toilet, the furniture is old and worn out, you can hear the people in the adjacent room talk clearly and even sneeze, no clock in the room, internet keeps disconnecting when you don't use it 5 minutes, 2 staff were really obnoxious but 2 others really nice. One of the bad staff wanted to charge me for an extra city map, apparently you get 1 map only for free.
Location, reasonably priced for the area, cleanliness. Very close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets and only a couple of stops from duomo.
Wifi is a bit sketchy in some rooms.
When we arrived we were upgraded to a very nice Superior room with lovely modern decor complete with Tea/ Coffee making facilities and a fridge. It was a short walk to the Metro and just a couple of stops to the City Centre plus the Number 81 Bus went from just by the Hotel to the Central Station.
the room is tidy. the cleaning lady is very kind to help me with my lugguage.
Cleanliness...nice room and the staff was very kind.
The internet connection...the breakfast its simple...and the location...
Really brilliant and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble: advice, booking restaurants etc.. I left some clothes behind and they are mailing them to me!
The hotel was comfortable and well-appointed. It was also very quiet, which made for restful sleep!
Location is somewhat far away from the centre. There is a five-minute walk to the nearest subway station on Piazzale Loreto. The hotel has no lift.
- Easy 10 minute walk to the Metro - Room was spacious, clean, modern, and had good air conditioning - Good breakfast (cereals, rolls/bread, pastries, ham, cheese, fruit, and fresh coffee on request - Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful
Place and staff were wonderful.
Wifi was terrible and I couldnt connect easily. When people in other rooms talk we could hear them. No eggs in the breakfast.
Clean, neat place.. Comfortable Awesome and very helpful staff So glad I found this place
There could be a better breakfast.. but it was good anyway...
The location was easy and safe. The staff were great and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and very clean.
There is nothing to not like.
good locations (3 min. to metro), friendly staff, best price,
little noisy room (street side)
Location close to the Loretto metro station. The room was very small and looked a little bit depressing. It was clean though. The staff was not the most friendly people I've met but at least answered questions.
Breakfast was poor. Overall it seemed too expensive for what I got. The key-chain to my room weighed almost half a pound! and you need to leave the key at the front desk every time you go outside and ask for it when returning to your room, much like it was in the 80s! (before the electronic key came out). Internet signal was too weak.
Closeness to city, nice breakfast of pastries and meat and cheese.
Problems with room (leaking toilet) were not handles that day.
very good breakfast very friendly staff and helpful
small rooms location
We bookes at twin bed room but changed for a flat next door with a large balcony/patio with great view over the gardens - only 5 Europa extra Per Day. Breakfast was ok. Very helpfull and Nice staff.
Location in combination with August made the area very deadline and restaurants and bars were closed. Even shops were on holiday.
Quite location (we asked for a garden-side room) Staff super friendly and helpful
Great apartment style rooms with kitchen. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, including preparing coffee individually in the morning. It has a patio where you can eat breakfast. Good security and quiet neighborhood.
The breakfast is very tasty but few options, and it doesn't change. The bathroom is clean but slightly old fixtures.
Very good locatiob near Metro lines(250m from Hotel) and bus connection to Central Station. Staff was excellent, Brakfast variety and quality of products very good for the category of the Hotel. In total good value for money.
1.There was a bad smell from the draining system in the bathroom. Fortunatelly there was a ventilation system, but still the smell is there... 2.Hairdryer didn't work.
Excellent Staff, Well Working Air Conditioner!!! Immediately Adjacent Parking Great Breakfast
location. It's in the Città Studii zone, which is lousy with inexpensive hotels; a bit away from the center, but well-connected by subway. And it's on a park. Breakfast. Nice garden Quiet an older but well-kept house, with some old-world-hotel charm. nice staff
not a dislike, but there is no elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs be sure to ask for a room on ground level. But they will carry your suitcase up to your room. Various little things not quite working in the bath; nothing that really bothered me but perfectionists may object
Nice location not to far from the center of Milan! The people running the place are really friendly and nice and the room service every morning more than satisfying.
A bit noisy in the morning despite the fact I always woke up before 8 o' clock.
- 24/7 reception desk - breakfast included - 5 mins walking distance from the subway
- very low water pressure in the toilet (room 136 on the 3rd floor). It was ok in the room on the ground floor
This hotel is two metro-stops away from central station (and then about a 200 mt. walk from metro-station Loretto). Easy to find. Everything is OK, although it is not a hotel for your honeymoon. For that it misses the luxury and final touches. But the beds are good, there is no noise at night, it has a silent airco, a good and clean shower and a real cappuccino to go with a good breakfast. We asked the nice girl at the desk for a nearby restaurant. She came up with Amalfitana, just a few hundred meters away. This restaurant has no terrace (there are't many terraces in Milan) and looks quite simple, but just ask them to make their best meal with fish and seafood, and you will love it. Very good value for money.
I did not manage to connect both our devices to Wifi. But i haven't asked for help either, so i don't know if it's really a problem.
