We booked a superior room, but it seemed that lived in a typical one. The room was tiny, but he bathroom was really large. There is a parking nearby, but it is quite expensive - 22 euro for the day. However parking in Genova is a real problem, so you don't have a choice anyway. It is good value for money. Very good location, especially for people who travel by train.

The design of the hotel was nice, it was clean and staff were friendly. Location - the hotel street didn't even show on the city center map (it was 15-20 mins walk from the city center) and there was not much to do or see around the hotel. Noise - we were on room 205 that faced the street which was pretty noisy, but the worse noise came from within the hotel. We could hear everything from the hallway and the next room.

It's very nice and confortable! We like the hotel. The staffes are very kind and courteous to us with smile every time. An antique structure it is. So beautiful! If we come to Genoa again we want to stay there.

We appreciate the historic features. This was our first trip to Italy and we were unfamiliar with driving and traffic conditions in a congested city like Genova. It would have been nice to know in advance that locating the hotel and parking might be challenging to someone from another country.

Nice historic old-time building with very tall ceiling. Hard to park a car nearby (only 2 park places for luggage unload), but I think it is normal for Genova. Two paid open parkings near hotel (1-3 mins).

The hotel is decorated to a lovely classic italian style with an amazing old lift which I date say quirks better than done of the modern variety! Location is perfect, 15 min from the old port so you get to see some hidden gems along the way. The staff are courteous and very helpful! Well worth the money and the time!

The hotel is a lovely older hotel with beautiful paneling, a charming elevator, and gorgeous antique furniture. It is well situated near the train station (Brignole) and the historic center of town. The staff are very helpful and kind. The hotel feels welcoming and personal. I would have liked to see one different offering for breakfast (Meusli instead of packaged cereals), and perhaps some whole grain bread.

L'albergo è davvero bello, arredato con mobili antichi e il servizio è ottimo. ottima anche la prima colazione, ricca e completa. Le camere sono spaziose e molto curate. L'albergo è in città ma non proprio centralissimo. L'unico neo è stata la rubinetteria del bagno, non proprio in ottimo stato.

La gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. L'ottima posizione rispetto al centro. La stanza molto grande. Le stanze che danno sulla strada sono un po' rumorose. L'isolamento acustico e termico (gli infissi, forse anche a causa delle caratteristiche delle finestre, non chiudono benissimo).

то,что я и ожидала,прочитав описание отеля.мы заказали номера эконом- класса,в принципе на одну ночь соотношение цена-качество,ничего другого и не надо.но холл,ресторан и лифт-атмосфера начала 19 века,а может и раньше.это потрясло!прекрасное обслуживание,спасибо.в следующий раз решили остановиться там же.генуя-потрясла!обязательно вернёмся. понравилось всё.
