very friendly staff, good breakfast, good communication to city center via metro, within walking distance to San Siro stadium the outfit was little bit out of date, I would expect a better one for **** hotel; the parking place is expensive - especially because you can park for free your car outside on the street... |

Good value for money. Friendly personnel, comfortable room - just enough to spend the night. However our room was facing the street and it was very noisy during the night with the open window and air-condition turned-off. |

In contrast to others: Yes, this is a 4-star hotel, and it deserves them, too but it is on the lower end of the 4-star spectrum. The interiour of the rooms is outdated (late 80s/early 90s style), though, but in good condition. My extremely low price only included continental breakfast, which was ok for a one day stay but not for a longer stay. |

Staff was polite and helpful. There was no "do not disturb" sign to put on the door and as a result the cleaning lady woke me up accidentally at early hours. |

I liked everything about the hotel,the room was very nice and clean,bed was comfortable,toilet very clean and nice as well.The hotel staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.The breakfast was good,big variety of food. Hotel is good situated,near metro station,shops,pizzerias and caffee shops around and also near the San Siro stadium for football fans:). |

The shower drain was blocked so much that the watr did not drain away and the shower tray filled up. When it eventually drained away, the smell was so disgusting that at a couple of points, I thought I was going to be physically sick. The room was small and dated.....Not what i would expect from a 4* hotel @ 170 Euros a night. |

Poorest breakfast I've ever had. Smaller rooms than you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Clean and tidy, nice staff. |

Staff was very helpful for organizing taxis and advising the places we were looking for. Breakfast was disappointing comparing to the other hotels. Empty egg shelf, no cheese, no ham / sausages. |

il silenzio della stanza... colazione non adeguata, stanza piccolissima, aria calda sempre accesa (sembravano i tropici!), garage troppo esoso, finistre non funzionali, bagno minuscolo (sanitari e lavandino lasciavano un piccolo spazio utile per lavarsi)... |

La atencion del personal es muy buena son gente muy amable, el desayuno esta bien es muy sencillo pero bueno con esto te llenas muy bien el estomago para esperar a la comida , te ponen jamon, queso pan, etc , esta muy bien , los precios del minibar son baratos y en general fue una muy buena estancia El parking es algo costoso y esta a 3 cuadras |
