Did not like. Tiny room, dirty walls, noisy, smelly. Didn´t like at all. Changed hotel and city after one night. Really expensive ! I´d give no more than one star.

This is a fine budget hotel not too far away from the center of town. Free wifi and breakfast. Room looked a little run down. Walls need to be cleaned. Our bathroom had a broken shower head and the shower door didnt fully close. But for the money it was completely fine and I'd consider staying there again.

The hotel is in a good location, next to the tram and very close to the metro station. The bed-sheets were nice and clean. The room was not nice. It wasn't properly cleaned, except from the sheets-towers. The flush in the toilet was a bit broken so there was a water-running sound all night. We didn't even use the shower as it was so small, quite dirty and old. So we preferred to go home in order to have a proper shower! Not spacious for 3 people. It was a budget hotel, but I think it should be better for the money we paid (75 euros). I think it needs renovation and maintenance.

It was close to the metro Very minimal accommodations, the walls are paper thin and you can hear ever breath of your neighbors.

The location is excellent, nearby the duomo and the historical center. Also, it's really easy to get to the hotel from the train station (you just have to take a train/bus which stops almost in front of the hotel). The staff is really friend and helpful.

The Guy (Hugo) who said he was the Boss was positively rude and ignorant. He is misplaced in the service. I saw 2 chinese ladies book out to another hotel as he insulted them. I am not in any way sensitive, but this guy was nasty and I cannot reccomment this place. By the way calling it a Hotel is a misnomer.........It is a boarding house. Despite the apparent value, I certainly would not stay there again. The breakfast was harmless and we had to pay more for water at breakfast.

Perfect location very close to the centre, good connection to the transportation (underground, trams, buses), some personal staff very communicative and nice Poor breakfast. Room turned to the street - noisy room all the night !!! Some personal staff was not very communicative

The Hotel was in a great location, walking distance to Milan centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, there was adequate space for two people. Unfortunately it was rather hot during my stay and the air conditioning didn't work in our room. The shower was also not very powerful, but it did the job.

The location of the hotel was very good and convenient. The hotel itself, even though not the cleanest, is a good place to stay for the night, if you don't spend much time in it. Wi-fi was for free! The room had windows to the sunny side and there was no ac, so it was very hot in the room with no air to breathe.

The situation. Nice quartier near the city center. Only 15 minutes walking to the piazza del duomo In my chamber the internet connexion was so low that I couldn't connect. Breakfast buffet not very rich

Excellent location, 10 minutes from the main city sights. You can find the bank, the small cafe with gelato (!) and the supermarket on the opposite side of the hotel street. Dear receptionists, you are so nice when smiling:)! I hope also you'll find the opportunity to give the city map to each guest:).
