Hotel occupies the second floor in an old residental building. Only 10-15 walking minutes to Duomo. There is a car parking near the hotel. So you can leave your car and explore the city center only by foot. The staff was very helpful.
The furniture was a little bit old, but that is not a problem.
Location, clean room. friendly staff.
Breakfast was very poor. Bathroom has to be renovated, although clean.
Location Very kind staff clean
Not all staff speak good english
Location is really good
Pricy for its qual
Small hotel, suitable for travelers and especially for young people. Very simple, clean. 15 minute walk dome. Relatively sympathetic staff. .
Right on the main street, the "Tram" goes until midnight, but it has a nice small balcony. On our last day we left before breakfast. We've confirmed with two crew we can eat before we go, but the staff member who was at the morning refused, and we had to really convince him to take one croissant to go. This left us feeling very uncomfortable.
The breakfast was good- lovely coffee! Most of the staff were pleasant.
The noise. You could hear everything!! Also, one of the staff members (a man whose name sounded like Dianna) was very unhelpful (verging on rude) when my friend and I were having difficulties.
Location Helpful staff Tram stop in front of hotel Restaurants and supermarket nearby Metro is five minutes away
Breakfast was basic
Location Size of rooms Cleanliness Staff Breakfast Balcony
The double bed was 2 singles put together so not too comfortable The bathroom was a bit old but clean
Hotel occupies a floor in quite old residental building and thus provides great atmosphere. Room was large. Staff was helpful.
There was unpleasant smell in a toilet room
Nice staff. Room is really not big at all, but everything that you need for comfort stay for affordable price. Just 10 minutes from Duomo, so you can explore city center by foot.
Where was an aircondition, but where is no remote control in the room.
Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and tidy overall good service!!
Great location, just few minutes walking to Milano centre. Nice building with beautiful inner block - you'll feel like a resident when entering the building. Rooms are furnished very simple, but OK, wifi working. Rooms are air-conditioned.
Bathroom could be better. Breakfast very poor, even more when wanting to eat later morning. A bit noisy street with trams.
1. Location 2. Friendly Staff 3. Large room with balcony 4. Breakfast
I liked that I could get there from the train station by using public transportation (tram).
perfect location, nice rooms, it was really perfect for our short city-trip!
Was easy to find and staff were helpful with our requests (e.g. extra pillows)
The bathroom needs updating, it was very worn and shower door was broken. It was very noisy during the night and we were woken up several times by the noise in the reception area.
The staff was really unkind and rude with us. We will never come back there. Huono hotelli, likainen ja ihmisia työssä siellä oli töykeä Hotel asqueroso y la gente que trabaja allí fue muy maleducada con nosotros. No volveremos nunca. No recomendable -----
I loved the entrance with rosy smell welcoming me. Ah, the place was quite and quite secluded. It was in 10 min walking distance to the Duomo. There was a lift to send luggage upstairs.
Nothing.... Fairly good for the price you pay!
Very nice staff, explained many things to help us. Everything was very good for us, quality and service above the price we paid. Good value.
Excellent location, very nice interior, friendly staff
some may find that breakfast is rather poor
We ask for a double bed and we had two twins. The bed covers were "sticky" and not clean. Not enough room for clothes.
Good place for great cost in really good location in Milan. Right next to tram to the train station. You can also walk from the station to it. Don't hesitate if you are on a budget. Acceptable rooms.
It was close to Duomo. There was 2 supermarkets close to the hotel, they closed 9 pm. Tram and bus just out side. ATM close to the tram stop. Very clean. One boy in the reception was extremely nice and helpful.
We could hear everithing from the resepcion. I guess they did too. It felt that we did not have any privacy, but if you were walking whole day you dont hear anything to next morning.
It is a nice hotel with nice staff. Breakfast is a little poor. It's really close to the center. if you don't like walking you can take de Metro which is also close.
