Location Size of rooms Cleanliness Staff Breakfast Balcony
The double bed was 2 singles put together so not too comfortable The bathroom was a bit old but clean
Nice staff. Room is really not big at all, but everything that you need for comfort stay for affordable price. Just 10 minutes from Duomo, so you can explore city center by foot.
Where was an aircondition, but where is no remote control in the room.
Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and tidy overall good service!!
1. Location 2. Friendly Staff 3. Large room with balcony 4. Breakfast
I liked that I could get there from the train station by using public transportation (tram).
perfect location, nice rooms, it was really perfect for our short city-trip!
Was easy to find and staff were helpful with our requests (e.g. extra pillows)
The bathroom needs updating, it was very worn and shower door was broken. It was very noisy during the night and we were woken up several times by the noise in the reception area.
The staff was really unkind and rude with us. We will never come back there. Huono hotelli, likainen ja ihmisia työssä siellä oli töykeä Hotel asqueroso y la gente que trabaja allí fue muy maleducada con nosotros. No volveremos nunca. No recomendable -----
I loved the entrance with rosy smell welcoming me. Ah, the place was quite and quite secluded. It was in 10 min walking distance to the Duomo. There was a lift to send luggage upstairs.
Nothing.... Fairly good for the price you pay!
Very nice staff, explained many things to help us. Everything was very good for us, quality and service above the price we paid. Good value.
Excellent location, very nice interior, friendly staff
some may find that breakfast is rather poor
We ask for a double bed and we had two twins. The bed covers were "sticky" and not clean. Not enough room for clothes.
Good place for great cost in really good location in Milan. Right next to tram to the train station. You can also walk from the station to it. Don't hesitate if you are on a budget. Acceptable rooms.
It was close to Duomo. There was 2 supermarkets close to the hotel, they closed 9 pm. Tram and bus just out side. ATM close to the tram stop. Very clean. One boy in the reception was extremely nice and helpful.
We could hear everithing from the resepcion. I guess they did too. It felt that we did not have any privacy, but if you were walking whole day you dont hear anything to next morning.
It is a nice hotel with nice staff. Breakfast is a little poor. It's really close to the center. if you don't like walking you can take de Metro which is also close.
Clean, quiet, fairly good location near public transit/metro, Wi-Fi, family business, nice windows w/ balcony.
Room had the somewhat dingy appearance of an old-fashioned pension--could use some updating, for the cost. Twin beds were the size of cots.
Location is good
Cleanliness is not good as I expected, bathroom facility was bad
Good location, not far from Duomo (takes about 15 min to walk there). Excellent quick wi-fi. Breakfast - no luxury but enough to "charge" oneself in the morning.
Be careful - some double rooms are really small, not possible to accomodate 2 adults and their luggage. Not a big issue but be aware
Not clean enough to worth staying in a 2 star hotel. It is cheaper I understand but this doesn't mean it can't be kept clean.
Breakfast is well prepared. Room is moderately clean. The staff can help if you are persistent.
Obviously the staffs didn't enjoy their work. No sign or even superficial gestures of welcome. Not willing to say anything more than they have to. Impossible to smile to you. I encountered 3 different staffs during my stay, and they were all the same. No, I will not go back there again!
The location was perfect for our shopping and sightseeing. Room was very clean and pleasent.
Good location, friendly staff
The hotel looked and smelled clean, and was in a very convenient location. Breakfast was very good and they'll make you coffee! Comfort of the beds was on-par or better than the price range. The windows open to let in fresh air and they have light-blocking shutters, which worked very well. There is a grocery store close by, and the center city is 5 or 6 blocks away. I think it took us 10 minutes or less to get to the Duomo.
Our shower was small, but we fit okay! It might be a challenge for a plus- size person or anyone who is taller than 6 feet.
The location was very good, lots of stores, cafes, etc. Nice terrace.
The room was dingy, could use a simple paint job. The shower floor had a 2inch lip & so the water flowed over.
