well located for visit to Siena The air conditioning in the bedrooms did not work despite requests to staff to get it going and it was over 30 degrees at the time in Siena. It made sleeping impossible |

Fantastic Location and Value for money. The room was big with great views. The terrace is a must see. Only 5min walk to all the main attractions in Sienna. |

Hotel is very convenient for walking to the center of town. Our room was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking on-site is very convenient. Breakfast was good. Nice rooftop patio. Cable TV includes channels in English. Rooms overlooking street have a lot of traffic noise late afternoon, but this stops later in the evening. |

location to Siena centre was fantastic. Very close to the Piazza del Campo and Duomo As it was so hot, a swimming pool would have made it perfect. |

The rooms in the 5th floor (which is the street level) are very noisy, and quite small. The best things in this hotel were the excellent staff, location and the lovely breakfast with all the Italian specialties, especially the fruit! Price too high compared to the level of the hotel. |

My room was quiet and well presented. Staff were helpful re. trains and other enquiries. Buffet breakfast was excellent. There did not appear to be any snack facility for a light supper. Garden/terrace area not obvious to short term guest. |

it's said there is spa and welbeing facility but there wasn't and internet wasn't working although we were charged, room we stayed was very noisy from room above at night, could hardly slept and a bit far from everything. |
