친절한 스태프들, 깨끗한 방 넓은 욕실 위치 모든것이 왐벽한 호텔입니다. 시에나 두오모까지 걸어서 10분이면 도착할 수 있고, 넓은 주차장이 있어 차로 다니는 여행객을 에게도 안성맞춤인 호텔입니다.

딱히 개선할 점은 없습니다!:)

The Hotel Athena was perfect as it was just inside the city walls of Sienna so allowed us to walk to everything but use our car for day trips. But the highlight of the hotel is the staff, who were without exception some of the most customer service focused individuals we have ever encountered. To a person, they were helpful beyond what is typical. They went above and beyond and above again at every request that we made! The room was clean and lovely and bright. Their terrace was a lovely, unexpected oasis after a day exploring. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

Quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff on reception.

Better sound-proofing required. Noise from corridor easily heard in bedroom. Breakfast disappointing. Coffee and fruit juice from machines was awful. Croissants poor quality. Felt like costs cut too far.

Very helpful staff, great breakfast, excellent view from the rooftop terrace. Walking distance to restaurants and pretty much everything in the city.

Could not fault the Hotel, staff were very helpful and pleasant, rooms were very clean, the Terrace was amazing and wonderful views.

The Location was great. The rooms were clean and nice.

The parking is a little difficult , too many cars and not enough spaces.But it's also great to have parking possibilities within the City walls.

Good room, great view, large windows opening for small balcony, just delightful to sit and have a drink looking out over the countryside. Car park....excellent. Superb balcony bar just two floors below our room.

New rooms were very nice. Breakfast was good.

Air conditioning didnt work. We were originally quoted 50 e for a trip to the airport with everything included, the day we checked in. It was then changed to 60e plus tip on the day we left.

Great location, comfortable and good location. Staff helpful.

The breakfast bar got tiresome. Needed more variety. Hated the fake espresso/cappuccino coffee machine with the crystalized instant milk. Needed some real American coffee.

One of our best hotel experiences ever! A good location, wonderfully helpful staff and very comfortable.

Internet had to be regularly reconnected with user name & password which was frustrating.

a lovely hotel! The breakfast was outstanding, many selections and delicious. It was served in two rooms. The view from our room was enviable to a travel magazine photo. Bathrooms were clean, modern and sizeable.

The hotel was wonderful and Sienna was beautiful. Great Staff and the rooms are lovely and the breakfast a great way to start a day in Tuscany.

The limited menu in the restaurant. No vegetarian options and generally too specialised and expensive.

The Athena is extremely attractive and comfortable, and the staff are exceptionally helpful. The location, though not in the very center of Siena, is a short walk to all major sites and shopping. The breakfast was fine and offered more choices than is usual in Italy. Overall, our stay here was one of the most enjoyable we have had anywhere.

Excellent hotel

Very nicely located. Service was good.

There were some leaks in the bathroom and the smell was of-putting. Staff tried to resolve but we were unable to be relocated.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, easy walk to the Duomo

Room was odd-shaped and cramped. Room had a foul smell and bathroom was worse.

From the moment we arrived the lady at reception (Gabriella) couldn't do enough for us to make our stay a happy one. All the staff were brilliant. Our room was comfortable and pleasant. It was a welcome treat to be able to sit out on the terrace after a day traveling or walking around town. It was well situated being in a quiet part of town but only 10 mins. Walk at most to the heart of Sienna. The food and staff in the restaurant were excellent though we had a single critisism of the decor itself. We would go back there.

No fault of the staff or the Chef who were great, but the restaurant decor put you off when you walked in. It struck us (and some other guests we spoke to there) as cold or uninviting. This was a great shame as if we had followed our first impulse to go and find something more inviting we would have missed out on the wonderful food they served. I really hope they redesign it as they could be missing out on some very happy customers.

Room was beautiful, complimentary water, good breakfast and not too far from main attractions

The staff were not very friendly. They seemed to treat us as if they were much better than us and didn't go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable

Location and good value for money.

Lot of outside noise when in the room. I called staff twice to clean up the room and switch on the terrace's heatter and did not show up. The rest was pretty good.
