Good value considering how expensive hotels are in Rome. Good location near Vatican and quiet. If you want to be in the middle of all of the action and crowds...Trevi, Spanish Steps, etc, this is not a good location. ALso, the roof at Atlante Star (sister hotel)where we could otherwise have had our breakfast was closed for renovation. We should have been told that. |

They were very efficient at picking us up at the airport (I worried about that - being in a foreign country & not speaking the language, etc.). The location was good - walking distance to several tourist sites. Very clean room. I corresponded via e-mail with one of the hotel's staff and they were very helpful and reassuring. They made me more comfortable in traveling abroad for the first time. Too expensive. |

フロントの対応は比較的良好、ハウスキーピングはやる気無し、不快。 設備が古い。バスタブのふたが開かなくなる、トイレの紙は置いて無い等、無駄な時間を費やすことになった。 |
