They were very efficient at picking us up at the airport (I worried about that - being in a foreign country & not speaking the language, etc.). The location was good - walking distance to several tourist sites. Very clean room. I corresponded via e-mail with one of the hotel's staff and they were very helpful and reassuring. They made me more comfortable in traveling abroad for the first time. Too expensive. |

First of all, hotel staff were very approachable and accommodating. They were willing to answer or give whenever we asked for something. Maintained room cleanliness. The lift is I think not in standard size as you would expect in a hotel. |

how central it was to all the points of interest and how helpful the staff were are directing us to any place of interest that we enquired about would liked to have had some drawers to keep underwear etc in |

We left after the first night rooms were poor and the hotel was tired. we were transferred to their sister hotel whose rooms were on the small side but facilities and hotel was much better. |

Yes, it was classified as a 4 star, but should have been more like a 2 1/2 star. There was no restaurant. Breakfast was not great and the facilities of the hotel was inadequate. Lots of things in the room were missing or broken. |

Location. Champagne in room on our arrival. Opening windows. Bed size. Room decor. Buffet breakfast. Jacuzzi bath. Small size TV and limited Sky channels. Bar prices - 11 euros for a Coke and a bottle of beer. No coffee facilities in the room. Reception man said it would be 45 - 60 euros for taxi to airport and denied any knowledge of 30 euro fixed fare agreement by government. |

We were upgraded as it was our wedding anniversary and a complimentary bottle of champagne was in our room on arrival - very thoughtful. The bathroom was very poor: jaccuzi bath did not work, the reception had to be called to get the bath plug out each time; the toilet flush on the wall was broken; no hooks to hang towels etc; toilet seat well worn - the bathroom needs a complete re-fit. The bedroom itself was roomy and excellent which hugely cpompensated for the inadequate bathroom facilities. |

Yes, that is very strange that a 4 star hotel dont have any restaurant only in the sister hotel. |
