フロントの対応は比較的良好、ハウスキーピングはやる気無し、不快。

設備が古い。バスタブのふたが開かなくなる、トイレの紙は置いて無い等、無駄な時間を費やすことになった。

They were very efficient at picking us up at the airport (I worried about that - being in a foreign country & not speaking the language, etc.). The location was good - walking distance to several tourist sites. Very clean room. I corresponded via e-mail with one of the hotel's staff and they were very helpful and reassuring. They made me more comfortable in traveling abroad for the first time.

Too expensive.

how central it was to all the points of interest and how helpful the staff were are directing us to any place of interest that we enquired about

would liked to have had some drawers to keep underwear etc in

We left after the first night rooms were poor and the hotel was tired. we were transferred to their sister hotel whose rooms were on the small side but facilities and hotel was much better.

Proximity to attractions

Steps down from the road to hotel entrance. No room service. Information on use of room / telephone / staff would have been useful.

Yes, it was classified as a 4 star, but should have been more like a 2 1/2 star. There was no restaurant. Breakfast was not great and the facilities of the hotel was inadequate. Lots of things in the room were missing or broken.
