the staff, the location, the included breakfast, and the style

ongoing renovations were somewhat intrusive; one night they used a solvent on the stone floor in the lobby which filled the whole hotel with noxious fumes. Also the roof garden which was one of our most desired features was closed for reno., which fact wasn't mentined on any website or at all until we arrived.

The St Peter Basilica was in walking distance and we could see it during breakfast.

small family room, not properly closing window, warm breakfast only from 8 am

Staff demeanour/attitude, complimentary shuttle was not available from the airport and their was a charge to the airport, rooms very small and dissappointing This was not a four star quality hotel

We are a TV crew, and the last day when we requested to keep one of the three rooms til 2 pm, because we had to work there, they told us it was not possible, and they offered us a used, dirty room, instead.

La colazione al sesto piano con vista su Roma è probabilmente uno dei momenti più emozionanti da passare nella città eterna. Inoltre il rapporto qualità / prezzo. Incantevole, mi sono innamorato in questo Hotel.
