The hotel is a few steps to Termini Station. The breakfast was good, the front desk staff was very efficient. The view, the food and service from open roof restaurant are very nice. The only negative point is that the rooms & bathrooms should be renovated. In the bathrooms the shower & the washbasin taps were hard to open but the worst point was the heavy noise coming from the water pipes when someone from the room upstairs or near was using the shower. |

They had an excellent large breakfast buffet. It filled you up for the day and you could even make sandwiches to save for later. Good for staying within the budget. Made it easier to justify dinner out when breakfast and lunch were taken care of. The rooms could use an update. They are a little tired looking but at least they were clean! |

The breakfast was very delicious!! And the staffs at the breakfast were kind and had good smile!! The staffs at the reception were really bad. No smiles, no kindness. Only the lady with short hair was kind. |

Location that was too close to the Train station and the underground... Thx god I was solo as I donno what if I have my family....the bed is too small and it reminded me with my kid's bed upon his birth. TV is a computer LCD monitor with a v funny remote control and the channels variety was v poor. Breakfast sucks |

Couteous and helpful staff, hotel had a fresh, well maintained appearance. Our room was large and we had no problems with traffic noise. Buffet breakfast, in lovely room, enbled us to eat well at the start of the day and not need anything else until later in the evening, was excellent value compared with prices on the street. Location, 5 minutes walk from main rail terminus, easy walking access to all major sites, only time we used public transport was to go to the St Peters and sites on that side of the river. If we go back we'll stay here. |

I liked the locqtion of the hotel. It was close to the main train station and to the important sights. The room smelled like smoke and ammenities inside the room seemed sparse for the money, it was quite expensive. |

hotel is just a few steps away from Termini, everything (aircondition, shower,....) was functioning very well, breakfast was great for Italy because of the noise you couldn't open the windows, but we had expected that and it wasn't necessary, because the airconditon worked very effiently |

The location was extremely convenient because we were arriving and departing from the Termini train station I had thought we had a queen bed, but in fact we got 2 single beds. We were only in Rome for 1 night so this was not a big deal, and to be fair, we did not ask for a different room. |

Great location 1 block from Termini station. Room was larger than I expected. Breakfast was very good. The only negative was noise from the street, but the noise-proof blinds took care of that (were just not able to leave windows open at night) |

nice breakfast, nice room setting, good location very close to the Termin station just 3mins, nice bathroom, friendly staffs in the lobby and breakfast room, nice lift which is very old style, but remind us from the old years; reasonably price during new year holiday season, and no additioinal charge for add one more bed for children under 12year old. Good for value especially for family holiday checked the normal price after holiday season, seems that price will not be lower too much, i presume the price for low season shall be much lower than the one we have for new year holiday season. I would like to see the price level for non-holiday season much lower than holiday season. |

We stayed here for almost 4 days. The Hotel was very nice. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. Our bathroom was neat and clean and the shower was very nice. The staff was helpful and courteous. Location was a major plus point. Its unbelievably close to the Roma Termini and we were easily able to catch a tourist bus (hop on-hop off). We had a great stay! |
