Very helpful personell that took initiatives to make things run smoothly. They took care of our car, and made a booking at the restaurant we had been recommended by friends.
Not really clear where the breakfast restaurant was located.
great art interiors good location (close to Colosseum, Termini railway station, metro) great bar at the top floor with a view on Rome
noisy (from the street) quite old bldg, so infrastructure not perfect a bit overpriced you have to add ~6 € for local tax to the price
Location and atmosphere
It was a bit noisy, and not really cheap;-)
Fantastic location - very easy walk to/from railway - with luggage. Staff great!
No wifi in room
It's near of all very good location and very helpful staff I advised to all
Location - so convenient for Termini and other transport. Left luggage at any time. Pleasant desk staff. Good sized rooms.Good breakfast buffet choices.
Rooms overlooking the main road can be noisy so don't leave the window open.
Location is very close to main train station
No!!!! wifi signal in most of the rooms in the hotel. Many costumors have to stay in the lobby for internet surfing. In this case. Hotel should state in booking.com that wifi signal only in the lobby, instead of over advertising. The hotel also is a little bit old and outdated.
Location (very close to station & amenities) & friendliness of staff
Air conditioning not cold enough & beds were too soft. Wash hand basin drain got clogged.
The location, close to Termini. Station and within walking distance of major places of interest and some good restaurants.
Unfriendly, unhelpful, disinterested staff, indifferent to the needs of their guests. The pillows, all three were lumpy. Hot breakfast was always cold. Wifi unreliable.
Friendly staff, helpful, amazing breakfast and 10th story views - favourite part of the hotel! Top class on a surprisingly reasonable price :) Enjoyed it!
Our wi-fi worked the first day, but not after that
A good choice if you need to stay near Rome train station. Good breakfast selections.
Nr main train stn. Can walk to tourist attractions. Direct bus to Vatican City. Price is reasonable. Price includes daily bkfst.
Hotel is a bit old. Room is roomy. However, there's no coffee/tea facilities n no Adapters for intl plugs. Room is noisy as it's on Cavour Rd. U can hear trams n Other vehicles passing by.
The decor, the location ...
The staff !!! Sorry to say , particularly reception, they were abrupt and a bit miserable. Booked to take advantage of the rooftop views &was told when we asked at midnight it was too late, & in the morning it was too early!!! Fortunately we at least got a look at the view, which was lovely, and the only one member of staff who we came into contact with ( I cannot speak for them all!!) who was kind and pleasant was the waiter in the rooftop restaurant. Thank you.
Early check-in was great, lots of selection of breakfast, clean, Very friendly helpful staff, Great views of the City from the roof terrace.
Was charged an additional City Tax of €6.
Verry classy old city hotel. Convenient to trains, restaurants and tours. Just as good as much more expensive hotels we stayed in on our trip.
Nothing we didn,t like. Would stay again.
Location, fair room, good bfast, public transportation all around
Had to change room due to door issues, price is high for what you get, it's mainly location
The location is really excellent near the Termini. We also liked the breakfest.
I hope there would be free Wi-Fi in all rooms, but there was nothing that we didn't like.
Staff was very friendly and helpful with info regarding sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The location could not be more convenient. We had stayed in this hotel two years ago and would not hesitate to go back again.
During the two last days of our four day stay there was smoke infiltration from presumably the suite above. It was very, very strong and seemed to be penetrating from the little doorless room with the extra closet.
Location near Termini train station suited our trips out of Rome. Nice armchairs and comfortable beds in rooms
Reception staff who were professional but disinterested. Very poor quality of food although room service in itself was timely and professional.
Breakfast was outstanding. Price per night was high. Staff was not very helpful in showing us how to get tickets to the sights and did not give us good restaurant suggestionsm
High cost per night. Feather pillows and wool blankets were a problem for my wife.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of Rome from Roof garden.
Staff were supercilious. When we wanted to pay and leave at 6am, there was no staff to be found. Eventually a doorman found the desk clerk, who emerged bleary -eyed and rumpled. He had clearly had been asleep somewhere and frankly looked like he was drunk.
24 hour access. Convenient location.
The room smelled of tobacco even though I stipulated a non smoking room. Despite the double glazing on the windows, the street noise was disruptive to sleep.
