Clean rooms and lobby Good breakfast - great coffee
Location is a bit far from city centre due to poor travel connections. Nearest metro is 20-25 minute walk. Nearest bust station has very poor frequency
It was too hot in rooms during the night - suggested turning off the heatinig did not help. The lady and the older man at the reception desk were very nervous, the younger staff was polite. Breakfast was awfull. Old bread every day, milk wasn't fresh either. The choice of food so limited.
Great service, room balcony very nice, good value for cheap price paid.
the balcony in the rooms
rooms need renovations. tv very old. they give only one key for the room
All rooms had a balcony & bar fridge! :)
Booked last minute due to power failure at our original apartment, needed a disable friendly room for my Aunty, we also asked for that room to be set up as twin as she was sharing with my mum! Got there & they checked us in, but the bed was still set up as double & they put them in a room with the shower over the bath (not possible for my disabled Aunty)! They didn't call our provided number to let us know to be able to try & find another & didn't apologise instead making excuses it was only booked the night before!
If you need to attend a conference in Ergife Hotel, located about 3 minutes walk from Aureliano, it is the best choice: about the same facilities, at less than half the cost. Rooms are quiet. For being in Rome, very good price/quality ratio.
It is not a full 4 stars, more like a nice 2 stars hotel. If you need to go downtown everyday, it does not make sense: 20 minutes walk from subway station, 12-15 € taxi ride away from Navona Square.
Very safe, good breakfast
I *had* to receive housekeeping services even when I just wanted to not be disturbed. Also, I tried to bring my friend to my room at night and they were going to charge us a lot just for him to come in (but not sleep there). It was insane! We left and hung out elsewhere. This was ridiculous and a total invasion of my privacy. If you plan on having anyone in your room at any point and value your privacy and don't want to get charged for a mere visitor, this is not the hotel for you.
Comfortable room, spacious balcony in the higher floor.
Staff not very kind, not giving solutions and even not looking for solutions and no excuse. 1) an internet problem in the hall got the reply: "it is a third-party service". Period. 2) after changing of table in the restaurant I receive a rebuke, although a great deal of tables were available.
Small hotel but with good sized rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi was excellent. 12~15mts walk to the metro or the bus to visit places of interest.
Very nice hotel, cleanliness, good breakfast
A bit too far from the city centre and underground station
Great wifi. Good breakfast buffet. Very good value for money.
Noisy room because of air conditioning and road traffic.
Wi-Fi and clearness
Location for this travel was good due to the short distance from the conference venue. In other cases, location is not very attractive
The hotel room was very clean, especially the toilet! The breakfast was good, considering the price. The staff, from the receptionist to the ladies who serve breakfast, are very friendly and welcoming! Value for Money!
Though it is easy enough to ride a cab from the Hotel, the receptionist will do that for you and the cab will arrive in 2 minutes, it is a long walk to the Metro Station Cornelia.
The location is great.
staff was quiet helpfull the hotel is clean and neat
breakfast was very limited if you come down later than other people there is no top up you just have to srap the left over the place is very noisy tried to ask them to change my room but was told all single accomodation is the same basically next to the road I never slept all the four nights also it was far from interesting places had to go on the metro everyday which nwas expensive and had to come back early for my safety i survuved the area because ii come from a big city but at first was terrified too much for me next time only show me hotels in termini a place where its just few minutes to attraction areas
very clean and nice room, staff very helpful and friendly
it was a bit far away from the subway station, like a 10-15 mins walk.
Not a 4 start hotel, maybe 2 or max 3. Room we got was absolutely horrible..
