Great location in the center of Merano next to the river, and old town. Recently refurbished rooms, proper showers, good breakfast, friendly staff. No major gripes: Decor in the foyer is a bit faded, the parking is a bit complicated to get to, but nothing that would stop me recommending the hotel.

Superbly furnished rooms showing love for details - simply special, grand location and shutters and aircon overcomethe though pleasanr noise of the ipasser river at night. Food and service were great - no need to look for alternatives. Will be back Access by road to offload luggage a little cumbersome and parking is not on site but in an undergroung facility on the other side of the river

Siamo stati all'hotel Aurora in occasione dei mercatini di natale, posizione strategica in quanto l'Hotel e' a pocchi passi dalla passeggiata dei mercatini Il personale e' stato gentilissimo, stanza pulita colazione ottima Il parcheggio un po' scomodo ma considerato che l'hotel si trova in pieno centro la mcosa e' capibile, comunque il personale ci ha portato l'auto al parcheggio delle Treme senza probblemi.

Gute Lage, netter sehr freundlicher Service Gästemappe im Zimmer sehr dürftig für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Z.B. Keine Notiz wie man über das Telefon die Rezeption erreichen kann. Minibar wurde nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Frühstück war sehr einfach und zu wenig Auswahl. Hier erwartet man für einen Zimmerpreis von ca. 150 Euro doch ein wenig mehr Käse, Wurst, Regionalität usw.

Die Lage ist super - direkt gegenüber von der Therme. Der Preis nur deswegen o.k. weil ich ein Zimmer zu einem Angebotspreis gebucht habe. Alles o.k. für 1 - 2 Nächte, wenn man das Auto stehen lassen möchte. Design ist für mich halt noch nicht, wenn man einen seltsam geformten Spiegel an die Wand hängt.

Tutto davvero perfetto: posizione dell'hotel in pieno centro, comodissimo a tutto; camera con vista sul fiume e sulle terme, molto carina, pulita ed in ordine; colazione varia ed abbondante; staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Hotel da consigliare senz'altro.

Ci siamo fermati solo una notte per cui abbiamo goduto molto brevemente dei servizi dell'hotel. Buona e molto piacevole la colazione nella sala che guarda la passeggiata sul fiume. La camera scelta (non quella di design che aveva il letto alla francese!) era spaziosa e molto luminosa con un romantico balconcino e vista sul fiume. Anche il bagno era molto spazioso. La posizione è strategica. La signorina bionda alla reception era davvero gentile, peccato ci fosse solo alla mattina e primo pomeriggio. Ci hanno tenuto le biciclette nella cantina dell'albergo. Il parcheggio convenzionato è quello delle terme e anche se immagino che non sia possibile altrimenti per un hotel così centrale, risulta un po' scomodo. Non lo riterrei comunque un deterrente alla scelta dell'hotel solo che è meglio saperlo.

Unmittelbare Nähe zum Theater, in dem am Anreiseabend ein Konzert gegeben wurde. Es ist ein altes Haus und dementsprechend die etwas unübersichtliche Archtektur, besonders bei der Anreise mit dem PKW.
