The view of gorgeous! Our room in the new building was top notch. Our dinner in their restaurant was DEEE-lishous! The staff/owners were warm and welcoming. Having to stand on the side of the street waiting for a bus to go to Bellagio or the long bus ride back to the train station. |

The friendly staff were great and helpful. The location on the lake was great. Room was recently modernized and very clean. It was split across a busy roadway. |

We were so impressed with the size and quality of the room overlooking the lake. The view was fabulous. Marghereta was the best and most helpful. I would rate this as one off the finest near Bellagio. |

This was a lovely little hotel with beautiful views of lake Como,it is a family run business, the restaurant is right on the lake, food was very good and very reasonably priced. We chose rooms overlooking the lake, which I would definately recommend. Margherita, the owner could not have been more helpful, she recommended good places to visit and knew all the boat timetables, her and her husband made us very welcome. The continental breakfast, included in the price, was very good. I would definately recommend this hotel. The only problem is this hotel is on its own, there is supposed to be one other restaurant that is about 500 meters away, but walking there would be dangerous as there is no footpath, and you are forced to walk in a narrow fast road. We did not find this too much of a problem as we were only there for 3 nights and were happy to eat in the hotel restaurant every night, but if you were there for longer you would need to venture further, so a car is essential. |

Hotel staff very helpful. A fantastic setting and beautiful scenery. Very good restaurant. A lake view room is definitely a must. As hotel is on a busy road, there is nowhere to walk in the evening. |

The new part of this hotel which is located right across the street along the lake was amazing! Our room was so welcoming and comfortable. The view was just breathtaking and our balcony doors leading to outside provided a spectacular relaxing view. The bathroom was large and beautiful! Althought the room wasn't very spacious, it was great for a couple. The beautiful cedar floors made the room smell so fresh. The bed, pillows and linens were so comfortable. Our best stay without a doubt in our 20days spent all over Italy. Unfortunately we had only booked one night and arrived quite late in the day as the sun was setting, so we didn't get to enjoy much of what the hotel and area had to offer. A huge disappointment on our part. Will return!!! The parking is quite limited and no elevator in the new part. Well worth it regardless. |

The setting was spectacular and serene. The staff was very warm, friendly and accommodating. The restaurant food was authentic and delicious. The room was crisp and clean in the brand new building with a beautiful lake view. They are very family friendly here. We will most definitely be back one day. No bathtub - shower only and beds were a bit too firm for us. We would have enjoyed a mattress pad of some sort. |

Friendly welcome, comfortable rooms with thoughtful touches such as extra towels for sunbathing, the lakeside location and the good restaurant that serves fresh, local specialties. No place to really stroll as the village is small and stretched out along a road. |

The facilities were very good, lovey resturant and good position in the clean part of the lake, as lake como is quite polluted. I was charged 10 euro for internet that didnt work and charged 9.50 for a bus ticket back to the train station even though my one there was 2.50 and it was the same company, i thought this was very dishonest and i will not stay there again. |

Lovely hotel in a glorious setting. A big thank you to Margherita and everyone else for making our (too short) stay so good. Would have spent much longer here if I could. |

The hotel owners and staff are very friendly, the rooms are well maintained and the location is spectacular. There is a separate restaurant that sits on the lake and the food is very good and great value in an otherwise expensive area. It is also only ten minutes drive to bellagio. |

The location is splendid, right on the lake. Proximity of boarding for a lake cruise. Facilities for relaxing by the lake. Breathtaking view from the restaurant by the lake. The rooms with small balcony overlooking the lake are definitely a must. |

The owner of this small hotel was one of the most gracious host I've encountered in my travels. The hotel had a very nice restaurant with a dining area overlooking Lake Como. The food and the view were excellent. No lift to the second floor. |
