Walking distance from metro. Fun part of town. Yummy food. Helpful staff.
Didn't know how to work elevator. No biggie.
Small time place, ok facilities, no big deal..... But OK.
no problems friendly staff clean and tidy rooms nice bathroom great location
Breakfast not included, but a voucher for an "Italian breakfast" (cornetto & cappuccino) to a nearby bar given out. Worked for me but perhaps not the best option for everyone.
Well located in the midst of shopping area and cafes. Safe hotel with a fabulous old 'cage' lift. Many metro stops close by. English speaking reception staff
The location was great and the staff was friendly. A fine hotel.
The bathroom was smelling a bit moisty. A better airrefreshingsystem would fix this.
The location is very good, central and very convenient to the underground station porta Venezia. Rooms are clean and adequate for a short stay. Absolute value for money.
Wifi was down more than half of our stay, breakfast is not standard included and if so, it is not available in the hotel but around the corner. Parking can be hard at times, and is not available in front of the hotel.
The location, the reason I've selected this hotel was because it is near to the train station where I can go direct to MILANO ROGOREDO to catch my fast train Italo and metro is just 5 mins walk. The neighborhood is sympathetic and security is fine for a single traveller like me.
WIFI works well. Location is good.
Room is facing the street, so it's noisy if you open the window. Furniture is old.
Nice location, friendly team
It was a strong dampness smell in my room because of maintenance in the room next to mine.
Milano is an expensive city, so the location compared to the price is reasonable. Close to a metro station. Sober interior but very clean. Very nice and helpful staff.
The toilet: it's small that each time I took a bath, my movements are very restricted. The drainage for the bathroom chocked. The elevator is of old designed where you have to the 2 doors yourself for the it to move. It's also small. It can take one man with a large luggage at one time.
Wonderful customer service
Location is practically in the heart of shopping haven plus all staff are nice and they speak English. Good wi-fi.
Breakfast area outside of hotel but that's minor, I should have checked if room service was available (my fault).
The staff is really friendly and informative Location is in the heart of shopping district of Corso Buenos Aires
Old rooms, and staff not nice Huono hotelli
Hotel Aurora provides very good accomodation in a perfect spot in the center of Milan.Located in one of the most popular streets in a restored building with an interior backyard, makes you feel like a true milanese citizen. Also very clean and tided, and with a very helpful and kind staff!
Perfect quality and location for the money! Excellent 24hour working reception! And they will really find a way to help you if you need something or have a problem! Next time in Milano I will surely check Aurora first for availability!!!
A lot of mirrors friendly staff
Too small,uncomfortable beds,wifi problem,not so clean
1. The STAFF were very helpful! They speak English! They gave us a map of the city and explained us whatever we asked for. Very helpful!!! 2. The ROOM was very clean, they changed bed sheets and towels every day! Our room was facing the street, however it was very quiet! The bathroom was with perfect lights and very, very clean. 3. The location is perfect - it's like 15 minutes nice walk to DUOMO and the fashion district. 4. The WI-FI was very fast.
There is nothing I can say we disliked, however I think the breakfast could be a little bit better. There were only croissants and hot drinks included(which is OK in general). We had great time.
+ Great location: Right next to the metro station and located right on a High Street. + Very good value for price
- Breakfast is really basic, so please do not await more, meaning 1 Espresso and 1 Croissant. But it´s ok if you know it ... and it´s Italian style breakfast :-)
I couldn't connect to internet in my room
to improve the facilities.
The staffs helps me a lot.
Excellent advice on restaurants, travel to Malpensa airport and more from the owners who staff the front desk. Good location, easy walk to many of the top sights and shopping.
Thin walls so noisy neighbors next to us and late arrivals above us made sleeping difficult. We needed the blanket that was in the closet and it smelled really funky - smoke? A while since it was washed?
