Hotel Balestri

η τοποθεσια του ξενοδοχειου ειναι πολυ καλη. αρχικα μασ εδωσαν ενα δωματιο πολυ μικρο και βρωμικο αλλα μολισ ζητησαμε αλλαγη μασ δοθηκε ένα μεγαλο και καθαρο δωματιο. το προσωπικο ηταν πολυ φιλικο και εξυπηρετικο. το πρωινο ηταν καλο. γενικα ηταν ενα μικρο αλλα ρομαντικο ξενοδοχειο.

νομιζω πωσ ηταν μια καλη επιλογη το συγκεκριμενο ξενοδοχειο θα μπορουσε ισωσ να βελτιωθει λιγο σε θεματα καθαριοτητασ οσον αφορα τα μπανια του τα οποια ηταν λιγο μιζερα.

The rooms are a nice size although its a bit old and run down

The hotel rooms can do with an upgrade. Breakfast staff were not particularly friendly

The room was a pretty clean and a large size. We were able to use the internet, although we had to pay for it (5 Euro per hour). It was in a great location, close to Ponte Vecchio and walking distance to all the major museums and sights. We had a view of the river from our window. The staff was very helpful.

It was a bit pricey for the outdated style in the room.

Helpfull staff, overall cleanness and good quality breakfast.The central location, on the bank of the river close to the Pont Vecchio made exploring Florence easy by foot. The staff can and will help plan bus and train excursions.Our room was air conditioned (it is hot here!)

Although there is a 'mini bar' there was not any tea / coffee facility in the room.

Comfortable, in a very convenient position, good view on the river arno, furnished with very good taste

The breakfast

Excellent location, very friendly staff at reception, reasonable breakfast, nice room cleaning. Maybe it is worth paying something more (not much more!) and get a deluxe room of the last floor, where rooms have a balkony instead of a window. Definitely a good 3 star hotel choice for central Florence standards, where you get what you expect wathcing it in booking.com.

Some rooms are smaller than others. All standard rooms have only window ( not a balkony). In our room the window handle was broken and you could hardly open the window. Rooms facing the river are a little bit noisy, especially in hot months when window is open (if you sleep with A/C on then it is ok). We chose a room facing the backyard for this reason.

The hotel situation is excellent and the very large room we had was very calm . The staff was very professional, Every thing was clean and probably renovated quite recently. Buffet breakfat ok. Good value for money.

It's really value for money: location is nice, comfortability for 2-4 days is quite ok

A beautiful view on the Arno River in the beautiful city of Florence. Very clean, nice room, good (free) breakfast.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. I would recommend that you remove it from your listing.

The hotel is located next to a busy highway, which made the room very noisy. There was no air conditioning, so the window had to be open at times, but even with the windows closed, the noise was unbearable. Some of the staff were friendly, some were not.
