Hotelli Balestri oli sijainniltaan erinomainen. Kaupungin keskusta oli lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Saimme myös toivomuksemme mukaisesti huoneen, jossa sekä näkymä Arno-joelle että lisäksi pieni parveke. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Vierailusta jäi todella positiivinen jälkimaku. Sänky ei ihan vastannut odotuksia, patja oli epämiellyttävän kova. Tämä tasan ainut miinus koko vierailussa. |

Hyvä sijainti: hotellista on lyhyt kävelymatka turistikohteisiin. Lähellä on hyviä ruokapaikkoja vanhassa kaupungissa. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Huone oli siisti ja valoisa. Kaakelilattia sopii allergiselle. Hintalaatusuhde on hyvä. |

Parasta oli hotellin hyvä sijainti ja kohtuullinen hinta. Autolla hieman vaikea löytää, koska kaupungissa hyvin ruuhkaista ja paljon yksisuuntaisia katuja, joita ei kartassamme ollut merkittyinä. |

Ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta, siivous päivittäin, runsas aamiainen ja erinomainen sijainti keskeisellä paikalla joen varressa. Suihkun alla ei tarpeeksi kaatoa, koko kylpyhuoneen lattia lainehti suihkun jälkeen useita tunteja. |

Hyvä, tuttu sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa, miellyttävät tilat, kauniit näkymät Arno-joelle, ystävällinen henkilökunta, kaupungin palvelut lähellä, hyvät liikenneyhteydet, erinomainen hotelli kaupunkilomalaisille. Aamiaisen taso ei vastannut hotellin yleistasoa lukuunottamatta erinomaista italialaista kahvia; aamiaispöytä oli todella niukka. |

The location was incredibly central to key destinations within Florence, the staff was helpful and accessible and the room was spacious, light, airy and very clean. |

Great location, easy to find, very good breakfast and helpful staff. Our room was hot but once we figured how to turn the heater off and opened the window it was bearable. |

The location was good, close to Uffizi and Ponte Vechio, with many restaurants in the vicinity. View of river from room. Public rooms were comfortable and well furnished. PC available at 3 euros for 30 mins (can be taken in shorter periods). Busy road runs alongside hotel and occasionally emergency vehicles used sirens even during the night. |

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast room was lovely. Location was superb. Five to twenty minutes from everything you would want to do in Florence. Would stay there again without question. Mattresses were very hard, and uncomfortable. If coffee could be available in lobby for those traveling early in the day, or simply choosing to get a simple cup of coffee to start the day. |

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, we walked almost everywhere we wanted to go. The beds were very hard as well as the pillows. However, we found was pretty typical for Italy. The breakfast was very so so and we did not even know there was a rooftop terrace. That would have been nice to enjoy. |

very centrally located. next to Ufizzi gallery. clean hotel. helpfull staff now matter how many stupid tourist questions. howver room was a bit spartan. Had everything needed in the room but furniture had a bit of a dorm feel. |

Good location on Arno close to all site of Florence No bedside light for reading, had to get out of bed to switch off overhead light. Breakfast poor for €100 a night. |

Fabulous view! Try to get room 504!! 5 major landmarks seen from the terrace outside your door (which almost nobody uses). Ponte Vecchio & the Uffizzi are a few blocks away. Bus stop is close as are restaurants, wine bars, shopping. Very good breakfast. We loved it. It was perfect for our needs. |

The rooms were clean and good size for Italy. The service was amazing-We loved Roberto and Christopher. We would go back in a second! Location was great- close to Vactican and subway for train to airport. Great value for your money! There was 11 of use together and all agreed b & b 111 was wonderful and courtyard was charming and quiet. |

Terribly disappointing. The rooms were tasteless and housekeeping did a mediocre job. The lack of decor in the guestroom and the bizarre set up of the shower. The shower curtain was inset and stuck to you while showering, water went everywhere because of the configuration of the showerhead against the back wall of the shower. |
