Nu ni s-a spus ca exista o terasa la ultimul nivel , parcare foarte scumpa 25eur/ zi peste cei 100 eur/zi cazare. Nu am avut cabina de dus ci acesta era amplasat in perete langa wc si apa se scurgea pur si simplu pe pardoseala pavata cu gresie, printr-o scurgere .Nici pe departe nu este un hotel de trei stele , cel putin camera in care am fost noi cazati , astfel ca 100 eur/zi este mult prea mult fata de ce ofera . Din pacate cred ca au mai multe tipuri de camere(si de 2 stele si de trei stele) iar cine rezerva pe booking va primi ce este mai slab echipat .Micul dejun a fost mult sub asteptari cu exceptia cafelei de dimineata care a fost buna .De altfel, dupa parerea mea ,Florenta- are probleme cu turistii deoarece parcarea pe zi pe locurile albastre costa 35EUR/zi (2 eur prima ora si 3eur urmatoarele ore ) si peste toate acestea s-a introdus o taxa de oras de 3 eur/zi / persoana care nu stiu ce drepturi iti ofera deoarece nu ne-a spus nimeni .

A charming hotel with a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant and comfortable.

The water pressure was very low and there wasn't hot water for showering.

Staff at reception was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was great!

The ac/heater didn't work, therefore was cold during the night time!

The location was ideal right in the center of florence but on the river so more peaceful. The rooms were a good size, the booking.com rate was great and the staff was very helpful. We needed assistance for the one year old and they were courteous, we needed a dentist and they connected us with a very good one immediately.

Terrible smell like sewage pipes broken, or the from the arno

It was very welcoming, right next to the river and close to the shops. The hotel was very clean and spacious. The breakfast had variety and tasteful. Would definately recommend for anyone to stay there.

Requested a room with a river view and got exactly that. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in price and very good. Location of this hotel is perfect to see the city of Firenze on foot.

Only very welcome lobby, ..

This is motel rather not 3 star hotel. Small rom, scrached thirty walls, not really clean bath, shover cab very small hard to get shower. Poor brekfest, very unpleasent staff, Not worth the money what we pay for 4 nights, I was ready to give up after 1-st night but was close to the location what we do business with so we survived... Not recomend this hotel to anybody.

Friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is in an excellent location with beautiful views on the Arno River. Generally quiet and close walking distance to major attractions. The beds were very comfortable and the general area downstairs was a quiet comfortable room to meet other hotel guests. The bathrooms are large and very clean.

Found the rooms large but very tired and in need of some fresh paint and new furniture. For the price I expected something a little nicer.

The location was great and the price was reasonable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit at the HOTEL BALESTRI in Florence. The hotel is especially clean, the staff is very pleasant and accommodating and it is in an excellent location for touring the HEART of Florence. There is a lovely breakfast room (where there was a substantial breakfast buffet daily) and TWO sitting rooms right near the lobby. There is also a third area set aside for having a drink or playing cards. So, if you would like to remain at the hotel just to relax, you are not confined to your room. There is a small rooftop deck that overlooks the Duomo and the Palazzo Vecchio -- quite a romantic scene after dark. During my extended stay, I had some special needs and the front desk staff did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable. Certainly would recommend the Hotel Balestri without a bit of hesitation.

Great friendly staff. Good assortment of breakfast items. Good locataion for all tourist attractions.
