Location. Our room had view to the Arno river, which was nice. Very close to Uffizi gallery and other sightseeing in the historical center, yet in a much quieter corner. The only thing could be for those traveling with suitcases from Santa Maria Novella train station - you'd have to go with suitcases through the whole Old Town, which could be tiring. Or you take a taxi then. We took taxi from the taxi station at Peretola airport, which cost us a fixed amount of EUR 21, and I think it is totally worth it. Hotel staff was very helpful.

Water pressure in the shower was poor. Free breakfast didn't include eggs or omelet, which was available for purchase (omelet was EUR 6). For the price you pay for a room, I think this is funny to charge extra 6 EUR for an omelet. Another thing - computer downstairs was not connected to a printer, which made it very difficult to arrange printing out boarding passes.

Location, price

Everything. Staff were most helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Clean sheets and towels every day provided by a hardworking chamber maid. Good breakfast with plenty to eat. Convenient location with all the sights within walking distance.

The location was ideal right in the center of florence but on the river so more peaceful. The rooms were a good size, the booking.com rate was great and the staff was very helpful. We needed assistance for the one year old and they were courteous, we needed a dentist and they connected us with a very good one immediately.

Terrible smell like sewage pipes broken, or the from the arno

Staff were very helpful and location is superb. Excellent for those with cars as they have very useful valet service and one can drive to hotel to drop off luggage, even though it is in a restricted area. Highly recommended.

It was very welcoming, right next to the river and close to the shops. The hotel was very clean and spacious. The breakfast had variety and tasteful. Would definately recommend for anyone to stay there.
