Siamo rimasti soddisfatti in tutto. Hotel molto accogliente, camera con favolosa vista su "Porto Cervo" Il personale molto attento e disponibile ad esaudire ogni spiegazione. Colazione e cena serviti con cura!!!!Peccato la sala da pranzo fredda""" con spiferi!!! d'aria, causato dal vento fuori!!! forse riscaldarla di più

accogliente bello senza essere eccessivamente lussuoso, l'aspetto un pò retrò, e tipico sardo

La posizione fantastica, vista sulla baia di Porto Cervo, la struttura ottima , personale gentile e disponibile.

Personalmente taglierei le piante arrampicanti sulla facciata, sopra i terrazzi delle camere al pianterreno, creano umidita!!!!

Ottima posizione, estrema cortesia e disponibilità dello staff. Prima colazione abbondante e ricca, accattivante la possibilità di poter consumare un pasto fino alle 19 di sera. (peccato non poterlo fare oltre tale orario).

L'hotel Balocco è un hotel "chicca" poco sopra porto cervo, è molto pulito con belle camere con vista panoramica, rimane vicino a porto cervo ma fuori dalla confusione. Ha una bellissima piscina con belle piante che la circondano. Lo staff è cortese ed efficente. Da ritornarci.

Personale molto gentile ed accoglienza ottima. La camera era super con una vista indimenticabile su Porto Cervo.

La struttura dell'albergo è molto carina e particolare. La piscina e tutte le parti esterne. Il terrazzino in camera è molto suggestivo.

Le camere non sono molto insonorizzate.

Well we simply Loved this hotel!!! To begin we had an excellent reception!!! The ladies were excellent professionals with a sympathy and kindness that made we feel great!!! I have to say: congratulations to the hotel for having so nice people that helps so much in our well- being!!! All the hotel was fantastic...sincerely our expectations were completly fulfilled...the location, the magificient views to Porto Cervo, the smell, the decoration...were wonderfull!!! We had an update in our room, and we stayed in the suite 108!!!! Honestly I have no words...i only can say superb!!!

I like very friendly staff, excellent hotel garden, good food in a hotel restaurant.

Second capuccino at the breakfast is not included in the breakfast price.

Great Hotel with great Layout and location. We real liked it there and would come back anytime. Next time booking a bigger room then it is perfect.

The room was a little small.

Everything... Our room was great, awesome view and the bathroom was marbleous (sorry), fantastic, especially the shower... The location was perfect with great views over Porto Cervo. What more could you want, breakfast on the restaurant terrace over looking the bay WOW... I could go on and on but I think you get the point we really liked the Balocco and we are looking to go back next year...

For us just one minor point, we would have liked a little more variety at breakfast, it was very nice but after a few days I have to say it was just a little bit monotonous, that's it...

Gardens and pool area are spectacular, as is the view from the restaurant and the top floor bar area. Very clean facility, friendly and professional staff. Breakfast selection good and tasty.

The "panoramic" view from our room was well, nice enough but far from panoramic (definition = an unbroken view of the whole region surrounding an observer). Lighting in the bathroom is poor.

Beautiful room with a beautiful view. Great pool and breakfast area. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Area is perhaps a bit too quiet but this will be a plus for many. Not much happening around Porto Cervo in April

Easy to find, exceptional and helpful staff, lovely views from sea facing room, pleasant restaurant, nice pool - absolutely all we needed - top notch!

Excellent reception staff, their local knowledge and tips for restaurants was top notch....1) Family run pizzaria, 2)the best Tbone steak and 3) home made pasta/fish will not cost a fortune. The location on the hill above Porto Cervo was excellent.. nice views to the east and also, on a clear day, the snow covered peaks of Corsica.

The restaurant for breakfast was not double glazed, therefore a bit cold and windy.. even for the end of october.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lovely design and architecture, a beautiful setting in the hills about 100 m above the sea. Gourmet restaurant, serving full English breakfast and excellent cuisine for lunch and dinner. Altogether GREAT value for money.

Our stay at Hotel Balocco was exceptional. All staff, from front desk to restaurant and service staff were very friendly and professional. The location is second to none. Our entire experience was extremely positive. We will definitely return.

Porto Cerevo does not have a centre/heart,so strolling day and night was not possible

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful poolside with restaurant and magnificent gardens. Very charming and responsive staff.

Wifi didn't always work in room but this is very minor as there was a guest computer service always vailable and free

Reception was excellent - we were warmly greeted by an english speaking person who recommended Spinnaker restaurant just up the hill which was marvelous in every respect. Room faced pool, sea, and garden and atmosphere was serene and refined.

breakfast was included in the room rate though most items on the buffet were extra (e.g., orange juice, churcuturie, etc.). Wasps were pesky at breakfast.

Loved the location and style of the hotel, was impressed by very friendly hotel staff and their unmistaken restaurant recomendation.
