I booked two double rooms they upgraded me to two suits with balcony, Location is excellent for tourists you can reach every touristic site by walking, metro and bus station is very close, excellent tasty breakfast, all materials in Hotel are of good quality, comfortable bed,
The small Hotel entrance and reception with stairs is not matching the good rooms and service you get in this nice Hotel.
all the rest (impolite personnel, they charged us the SPA for 15euros per time even it was not written and it had nothing to offer for 15euros, they stole my bikini from the SPA and though I mentioned it to the personnel and they informed me that they will check since the next client will be out...finally, they did not find it,they charged us a small bottle of water that we did not drink, poor breakfast, expensive for what they offered)
I liked their cozy, chic and classic interconnected rooms as well as the perfect location. we were near Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Piazza Navona and pantheon. just 2minutes to reach the Barberini Metro station. Despar mini market is at the end of Rasella street and tens of restaurants are around. Breakfast hall is Spectacular with delicious food. I recommend it to all my friends.
rooms are small but this is normal for city center hotels.
Fantastic location, very helpfull and polite staff, nice clean room
Breakfast must have more variety
All the main tourist attractions are within walking distance, with the trevi fountain and Spanish steps only a 5-10 stroll away. You won't find many hotels so centrally located which are too this standard and are priced fairly. Despite the hotels very central location, it is located on a side street and the rooms were nice and quiet. Our party all slept very well for the 6 nights we stayed here and the air conditioning in the rooms worked very well. The WiFi was generally very good, a little spoty at time but that is too be expected in an older building. The breakfast on the top floor was a highlight for us all, with fantastic view over the city. There was a lot of choice from bacon and eggs, cereals, fruit, breakfast pastries etc.. We found all the staff to be very welcoming and helpful. They helped us to organise tours, taxis and offered directions and recommendations for dinner. They always greeted us when passing by and the breakfast staff in particular were fantastic. Also worth a mention is that the minibar is priced very well with water only being €1 when we were there. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if we return to rome. We will certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family also.
Something very small, but we only received one room key for each room. It wasn't a major issue but would have been handy to have two keys especially when travelling with older teenagers, who like to return in their own time. Again it was a small issue which was worked around but it was our only issue we had during our stay.
Top floor terrace, location of hotel, boutique style hotel
The location is excellent...you can walk to all the historic sites & restaurants & metra & buses! The staff went out of their way to be helpful & accommodate all our needs. The breakfast buffet was excellent & the view just beautiful! A great way to begin each day! I can only speak for our room which was a corner room on the fifth floor. Very lovely & immaculate. The reviews indicated smaller size rooms which may be the case, but our room was spacious enough and decorated very nicely. It was our first trip to Italy, and this hotel not only was centrally located, but their staff & accommodations made us feel completely comfortable.
High quality rooms, very clean, very efficient staff. Great location. Lovely room for breakfast. Good eating options nearby.
Breakfast could be better, especially the quality of coffee - I need it strong!
Location was good. breakfast staff were wonderful. rooms were just right.
Guy at reception was kurt and unhelpful, bordering on rude. Not what you want in a hotel of this calibre. His offsider , the tall guy was great.
Location was good, easy walking distance for most sights
Rooms were small
The hotel ia located in a great place and the room was really nice. Breakfast was nice but staff there was not very pleasent. We travel allot and it was the first place that asked us to pay money when we wanted to take a small bon to go 3 euros to be exact! Late check out was 50 euros for another four hours which we didnt understand as well. Over all it was nice. We are coming back to Rome in a few months not sure it will be to the same one.
Staff was very helpful with booking dinner reservations, directions to events. Always friendly and willing to help
The shower was tight but it is an old building
Very good location for visiting all the sights Rome has to offer and convenient to train. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to any concerns we had with our room.
Extremely noisy since it is on the corner of a busy street. Could not open our window or even open the shutters for light.
Small room, smaller bath/shower
Extremely overpriced, reservation was cancelled by hotel two days before arrival and would not honor original reservation or rates. Had issues with lack of hot water for showers and wi-fi was virtually useless. Would never recommend or stay here again.
We asked for a room with a balcony, we didn't get it, but instead they gave us upgrade to suite. Great location. Everything in a walking distance. Metro, bus stop and tourist bus nearby.
The Staff were great (especially the recipient Christopher) Location
Excellent location can explore major sights on foot
Nothing this hotel is really good
Helpfulness of staff!!! Breakfast was excellent along with the views. Right across from the Palazzo Barberini. Centrally located. One block from the metro station. Everything is close by.
The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful; the location fantastic, within walking distance of most sites, the hotel was elegant with attention to pleasant details, the breakfast excellent, and the surrounding area pleasant
The room was small, and had only one chair
We loved the location it was very central. Staff are all wonderful and helpful. Overall excellent!
Walls are a little thin - could hear tv and people next door in evenings. No tea / coffee making facilities in room.
Location and top fl restaurant
There was not even a bottle of steel water in room, very noisy, wifi dose not working
Very good hotel!Comfortable, good location, good breakfast, everyday cleaning. Even on Sunday! I would like to come back!
The location (very convenient to many of the sites). The view from the terrace. The hotel is expensive, not value for money.
The staff is relatively untrained. Small rooms and shower. Terrible wireless internet.
