Big room, quiet, nice staff, great location minutes on foot from trainstation and all of center florence. Clean pack-n-play for the baby.
Could have been cleaner, needs new rugs and a paint job. This would have been a super budget hotel in the US, but I paid for more.
Didn't like anything about this hotel. Staff and management very rude. Stale pastries for breakfast. Disgusting decor. No hot water for 3 days.
The hotel is in the perfect location. It is minutes away from the train stations and various other landmarks in Florence. The breakfast is quite good with and array of cold meats, breads, cheese, eggs, coffee and biscuits there is a good selection
First impressions weren't great... The staff are quite rude (apart from one lady) and very unhelpful. There are also 2 men who just sit in reception all day who to be honest are quite creepy and intimidating. The facilities were clean but the shower was so tiny it made it very difficult to wash without getting injured! Also be careful because the shower randomly spurts scalding water every now and again and because it's such a small shower it can be very dangerous. There might as well not be any wifi because it just doesn't work! one word, useless. The rooms are very noisy which is to be expected from a place so central however every morning there were workmen in one of the rooms making a huge amount of noise. I just thought it was quite rude the staff at the hotel didn't just pre-warn us that this was happening. if your looking for a pleasant friendly place to stay on Florence this is not the place for you.
Hotel is walking distance from the train station and all attractions. Staff were friendly, room was fine. Breakfast consisted of pastries, fruit, yoghurt, juice, tea/coffee and was adequate. No complaints, would stay there again.
WiFi was a bit slow at times
+ The room was very big and spacious. + The breakfast was good for the price. + Wifi in the rooms.
-The air conditioning could not be manually controlled. - The shower looked like it had been through a rough time.
We were happy with the hotel and staff. Close to city centre.
We were not happy with the lack of foreign language tv stations.
low price, but really comfortable institution. stuff is pretty nice and thoughtful. near to the railway station. There was no air conditioner in the room, but it was rain that day, we didn't feel hot at all, so...everything is perfect
staff was very helpful
the room wasn't cleaned when we moved in
Bathroom was tiny, bedroom was dated and felt just plain creepy. The bed had flees that limped off my partner in the morning after gorging on her. Expensive for what is likely worst than a cheap backpackers.
Cleaning service in the toilet
Very close to Florence City Center and Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Free WiFi in the rooms and rooms was very clean.
Fantastic location, staff were all very friendly they gave us maps, directions and recommended places to eat out upon check in, they let us leave our bags there for the day after checking out which was a huge help.
Good location, nearby to most historikal places. Not bad room. Kind personal. On the reception we got flyer and have a discount in pizzeria
Very slow internet
the location the room is nicely furnitured
the room and the bathroom were small, the shower was even smaller. i couldn't shower easily. sometime the wifi used to disconnect.
staff is very friendly. The location is near by the railway station.
No door for bath room.
i liked that it was close to everything in florence and you could go and come back anytime very close
it was a bad value for your money the bathroom was so small and he smelled weird when we went in and the door was broken ! not a good value for your money at all
Dirty room - floor, bathroom. Unwilling personnel at the reception.
nice and hospitable staff
there was a room reconstruction during my stay which was very noisy and troublesome for all of us
Good location. Helpful staff.
The facility is not as new as expected. The shower room is too small.
Old look hotel
Small Bath room. Bad smell in the room.
Was an okay place. Within walking distance to the main sights. The hotel itself was quite dated
The breakfast was decent, the staff lovely and helpful and location very central. It was the cheapest 3 star hotel around
The price of the room was reflected by a very uncomfortable bed, a room barely bigger than the bed and a shower that flooded the bathroom daily which caused the room to smell terribly. To be fair, the more expensive rooms seemed a little nicer than mine. The wifi only really worked in the lobby so guests were regularly seen sitting done there with their laptops. Also the hotel was overbooked and turned away people with confirmed bookings. filled noisy children resulting
Fairly close to the train station, lots of small shops, restaurants and the market in the area, good facilities, nice interiors (antique style), well maintained for an old building
Stuffiness in the rooms, "double" bed would be twins combined not a real double
Good location and close to all the attractions in Florence. The hotel staff were helpful and cheerful.
