Everything was fine, very good location, close to the centre and not far from the train station. Clean, quite hotel, good conditioning. It's not really 4 stars but it's 3+. The price is the same as in Semprione but the quality of the hotel is much better. Small rooms but it's not a problem for a shot stay.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights and found the hotel comfortable and well located for exploring the city. Staff were helpful and professional. In fact this is probably one of the better hotels I have stayed in, in Italy for professionalism. My room was not very large despite being a double, however, it was clean, quiet and the en-suite facilities were good. My only complaint was that the extra cost for orange juice at breakfast was not entirely clear. Ergo e9 for buffet breakfast but an additional e3 for a glass of orange juice. So if there are two of you who have three glasses of orange juice then you have just bought another buffet breakfast! Oh and whilst not shot glasses there are not very big either. So perhaps just a little notice near the juicer indicating that oj costs extra would be helpful

There was no a bottle opener in the minibar, so guests have to go downstairs in the bar if they'd like open a bottle of wine.

Most of the staff were friendly and supportive - for example, they googled the coin laundry around the hotel when I asked them. Using internet was stressful - you have to type the long id and password every time we use internet, and have to log out to make sure you will not be charged (turning off the laptop is not good enough). There is pc in public space, but you cannot use when you access internet with your own laptop.

It is clean and not too far from the train station. The room and the bath room are too too too too small to qualify a 4 star hotel and breakfast is not included which requsts 9 euro per person per night which is too expensive thinking about the poor breakfast. I think it is actually is a 3 star hotel. Actually i found it marked 3 stars in the room which make me even sure that it should be a 3 star hotel not 4. I stayed in 4 star hotels in other citiesin Italy as well, all deserve the money except this one. This hotel should be qualified as a 3 star hotel. The location is fair, not too far from the train station, but is a little bit of far from the shopping centre.

The hotel has a great location close to the Milano Centrale station and and the proximity to the Corso Buenos Aires, a great place for shopping. Nevertheless, the hotel is not a true 4 star hotel for the following reasons: - you have to pay for the baggage you deposit for half a day if you want to stay longer in the city after checkout. I have never meet this in a "4 star" hotel. - never book a one-person room. It is less then 1/2 the space in a double room. You can hardly move inside it or you have to jump over the shopping bags you purchased. If you also have some baggage with you... - only shower gel in the toilet (no shampoo). In my case the shower gel dispenser was also broken and I had to use the one from the sink - the wooden part of the bed had an inscription with the hotel name and "3 stars" above it. This tells me that the hotel has been "upgraded" to a 4 star hotel. Not completely in my opinion. Also the TV position was improvised somehow in a dangerous way near the ceiling on a stand inclined such that you get the greatest distance to it from you pillow. But since it was an LCD, you could not see on it properly because of the angle. And you feel like in the dentist chair with the TV hanging above you. So if you plan to book here, think 3 star and expect to pay no more than that. But anyway, the hotel has a great location for short stays for shopping reasons.

One metro station from Milan center station, but within 15-mins walk. Good choice for budgeted travelers, at least, they are worth the money concerning the Italian hotel standard. Very satisfied with the stay there.

The location is very good, with the metro we could easily and fast travel to the city - centre. The room was clean and comfortable, there were also hair-dryer, television and drinks in the room. The street was also quiet at night. The staff were kindly, you can also change your money at the reception.

It was close to the metro and train station, 10 minutes walking; and about 20 min walking from Milan center. It had a comfortable bed. They did not change the blanket for three days. The internet and the breakfast were not include in the price considering that the hotel was four star. We heard everything from other rooms.

It was a lovely quiet hotel, yet only 15 minutes walk from the train station! One could walk everywhere in Milan from the hotel-- no need to use any form of public transport!! The hotel room itself was very comfortable! Towels were changed every day, heating could be turned up or down, as required, etc.!! I didn't have breakfast at the hotel since, despite a 9 euro charge, one had to pay 3 euro extra for fresh orange juice and 2.50 for proper coffee!! But everything else at the hotel was lovely!!!!
