The price is right, the rooms are good enough

The bar and the breakfast have a lot to improve

Too small rooms

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room, in spite all of the negative opinions having been read before the trip, was quite big and lightful. The location is perfect, around the hotel there are many restaurants, among them there are Japaneese, Indian, many Italian. Metro station is in 3 minutes, but we were walking till Duomo and it took us around 30-35 mins.

Once hot milk during the breakfast was already bad. The hotel could have the coffemachine for breakfasts.

Location is very good as its only a few minutes walk from the milano centrale so makes it very easy to travel. i would visit again if i had to stay in Milan.

During breakfast the quantites were few and very often finished immediately as laid on the table. Larger amounts must be provided.

That i wasn't be told from the beggining that i had to pay a tax for the city!I thought it was included in the price..

On their website (booking.no) is wifi 3 euros but they demanded 5 euros. Moreover, I was not informed about 8 euro tourist tax.

Location is good for reaching the city center easily. Room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is definately not a 4 star hotel but a 3 star. If you take it as a fact, you cant be disappointed and you can compare the room price to other 3 star hotels and not to a 4 star ones. Breakfast is very boring and poor, rooms are OK but the bathroom is too small. I have experienced the smallest shower in my life, I hardly could fit into it....TV channels are the poorest, there is maybe 10 and most of them are Italian. Staff was not too friendly except Florin at the reception and one tall lady during the breakfast ( eventhough she didnt speak any language but Italian)

Machine that squeezed fresh juice from red oranges during breakfast was nice.

Definitely this is not a 4 star hotel. There were no bath in the bathroom. Shower jet was very weak. Room was tiny. On the photos hotel looks better then it really looks like. Это определенно не четырехзвездочный отель. Ванной в ванной комнате не было. Вместо ванной был душ, у которого был засорен распылитель и напор был очень слабый. Сама комната была крохотной. Я бы охарактеризовал этот отель как трехзвездочный, уровня чуть ниже среднего. На картинках он выглядит гораздо лучше, чем есть на самом деле. Он не стоит тех денег, которые за него просят.

Though a little bit small, still a decent room. Comfortable bathroom. Good options for satellite TV channels in several languages. Location is good, about 10 minutes walk from the Milano Centrale trian station.

The breakfast was quite rich, though the quality of products was not of that extent one could expect from the 4-star hotel.

This is for sure not a 4 stars hotel! the room was very small and dark. the breakfast was not good with limited choices. the TV had only 6 channels all in Italian language. they also ask us 4 euros for city tax for each not which was not mentioned in the hotel description. Also the internet was not free and it is very expensive.

It's a good hotel, the staff was great, they were very friendly to us, even recommended some good clubs to party. Overall I feel that it was a very good hotel , and the best of all was that it's not expensive.

Staff charged me after breakfast for fresh orange juice. There were no signs that it is for extra cost. They did not even informed when I ordered... like a monkey business. 4* hotel should not do business this way.
