Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

I liked the friendly and helpful approach of the owner and staff. Rooms are rather small but comfortable. Good beds. The hotel is ideally located: close to train and bus station. |

The staff were very helpful. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. Breakfast was more than sufficient - and the location was perfect for access to the rail station and for sightseeing in Florence. Noise from the street outside during the night was sometimes loud |

The location was very good. If you get a room in the upper level of the hotel, you will have to take your luggage by the stairs. If you are lucky, the Manager could help you. |

The staff was very kind and helpful,the bed was very big and comfortable,the floor had ancient tiles and the ceilings were very high . It had the essence of Italy.And it was very well located, by the central station and close to the shopping center and to the main monuments and museums. |

The best thing about Hotel Beatrice was our host Constantino, he was very kind and helpfull. He was very accommodating to ever need. The hotel was great and centrally located. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. |

Excellent hotel staff , very helpful to give us tourist information. Clean & comfort room, good breakfast, fair price. Situated at the historical center, ideal location to visit all sights of Firenze by feet. Parking area, but I believe same situation in all historical center. If you come by your own car the use of GPS is compulsory (in order to find the hotel). Parking reservation is possible (somewhere 500 meters away from the hotel) but should be arranged/confirmed in advance (23 euro per day). |

The advice on place to visit and choice of restaurant given by the hotel owner is very helpful. He & his staff are very polite & friendly. The hotel room is tidy up & clean up daily. The room for 4 persons is a bit small. |

great location very close to the train station but in a very quite off street no noise. staff very friendly and helpful spoke very good english . breakfast was a varied choice of meats ,cheeses .yoghurts .pasteries and breads . rooms we had were very comfortable good size beds bathrooms were of a good standard with nice showers highly recommended hotel no eggs for breakfast ( thats just me ) . no bath in our rooms (thats just the children ) |

Easy access to transportation and shopping Front desk staff was not very helpful. Did answer questions when asked but gave no additional information. Would have liked more torist information when checking in and offer of map. |
