Staff was so very helpful with maps, bus and train info, where to find things like the self-serve laundramat. Our room got a leak and they moved us to a really large, nicer room. Very quiet and close walk to everything. |

Service, size and cleaniness of room were excellent. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was quite good. Very good value for moneney. Our room was noisy as it was right next to reception and the breakfast room. |

I have stayed at the Bellettini for 15 years and during all seasons. It is absolutely excellent, clean, friendly, providing a hearty breakfast and good service generally. Very importantly too, it is central and the main sights, museums, churches, restaurants, markets etc are all within walking distance. In Florence, I would not stay anywhere else. |

Pleasant, helpful staff, good room, clean and quiet. Very convenient location for those arriving by train and very central location for sightseeing. Good breakfasts. Need to get to breakfast early as groups of young (often male) guests would take huge amounts of food they liked, e.g. ham and leave none for other guests who might arrive for breakfast 15 minutes later. Hotel needed to have a backup supply for later arrivals. |

A clean comfortable hotel near the sites of Florence. Restaurants, great wine bar, and places to buy the little things you need within a half block of the hotel. Staff very helpful. Good size room for a small hotel. Low water pressure and occasional street noises were easy to overlook considering the value. |

Good location. very nearby to Domo(3mins walk) and train station(7mins walk). Walking distance to other major sightseeing places. Service is polite and pleasant. The room is very small, dark and smelling. Furniture looks very old. shower, toilet and basen are together in a 1square meter place, doesn't feel hygiene. No sound proof. We can hear people talking outside, loud noise of slam the door from time to time. |

Excellent service, good location, and wonderful room with balcony. Friendly, helpful staff. Helped us get tickets and scheduled our times. Quiet. Great cappuccino. We very much enjoyed our stay. We recommend it. |

Excellent location between the train station and city centre. Very helpful staff. Best value of 4 different hotels we stayed in during our trip to Italy. Free internet. |

Staff is very kind and helpful. All speak english and help with (they will make) reservations. Free internet, breakfast is OK. Rooms are big and have good beds but can use some paint. Overall very satisfied and would return to this hotel anytime. Not the hotel's fault, but italian city cleaners will drive through the street 3 times at 22:30 with their noisy truck, and at 06:00 you'll be greeted by honking car and scooter horns. Rooms need double windows. |

The hotel was in a central location close to many sites & attractions. There was a warm welcome & lots of information given about the area & a map provided which was very useful. All staff were very helpful & friendly. The room was basic but for the price this was expected. The only problem was at night it was cold & the heating system didn't work. |

The location ws excellent. The reception and dining area for breakfast were very quaint and pleasing, and the staff at reception were very helpful and pleasant. Access to the computer in the lobby area was much appreciated. The rooms were very sparse, but this was expected, based on the information provided on the website. Nevertheless, it was not a room that we wanted to spend a lot of time in. Also, we were on the lobby floor, near reception, and it was quite noisy while we were trying to sleep. |

This hotel has a perfect location around the corner from the Duomo, the price is dirt cheap and the room relatively comfortable. I had a fairly big bed for a single. Your expectations have to be in line with the price. Many people make unrealistic complaints as if they were paying much more. The place is a bit dingy, badly needs a paint job, the room is small. What do you expect for 50 euros including breakfast and a prime location in a major city? But I had enough room, good closet space, a comfortable bed, and for this price and this location I was comfortable and always made to feel welcome by the enthusiastic and largely Albanian staff. I would gladly stay here again under similar circumstances (single, budget). The one serious objection---the bathroom had no real shower stall. It had a shower HEAD--with two curtains separating the toilet and sink with shower head and space in the middle. Hence, the floor would invariably be wet after a shower and you'd move through the wet floor to get to the toilet. I adapted to this, but it is a slip hazard and really inappropriate. |

The room was just regular, although very clean. The outstanding feature is the friendly staff, who helped us willingly with all kinds of annoying requests. For example, they fixed coffee at 5:30 am when we had to leave very early. The breakfasts were good, too. The bathroom...but it was typically European, and at least very clean. |
