Good location. Can reach the city area by taking a tram ride of about 15 mins. The tram stop is just around the corner. Free wifi usage in the room. The lift is a bit small. It would be better if there's a bath tub in the bathroom. |

I already stayed at different hotels of Best Western Chain, so I was not dissappointed with this one either. It's rather comfortable It's very far from the center - 15 stops by tram and not forget to ask the receptionist where to buy tickets for the tram, we were fined by conteroller for 35 euro! |

Free internet access and quiet zone, the receptionists tried to be helpful. My reservation value was changed three times by the hotel, so I had to pay more that initial reservation. They've wanted to keep the passports for all the entire journey, in real contradiction with applicable law, they are recomending only expensive places with substandard quality comparing with prices. |

Easy and fast public trasport connection with city center. Good restaurant and caffes nearby. Great place for not very demanding people expecting relatively cheap and comfortable accomodation. Basic breakfast service but good enough to feel full every morning :) I recommend this place. |

The hotel offered free internet wireless, which you can not find in others hotels in Milano at the same price level per one night. The hotel is very clean, staff can speak and understand several languages and they are very helpful maybe they have to improve the service of the breakfast, since for the business people the breakfast is one of the most important meals |

Comfortable, clean rooms, sky tv and decent value for money for the city trippers on a budget. The location was a bit far from the city centre. There was however a tram line straight outside the hotel which made getting into the centre of milan (the duomo etc) very easy - but there was no help from the staff or any signs. We happened to realise the tram was by far the easiest way in and out of town by pure chance - preparing ourself for the rather long trek to the nearest metro station, we saw a tram with the words "duomo" written across it. Had we not noticed this oursselves the location could potentially have spoilt the holiday. More information on easiest route into town would be helpful to people who are obviously leisure/holiday makers. |

the receptionist was very helpful with any questions we had , the cleanliness of the room was good , however when i booked my tickets on the websites i was informed that my money won't be taken from my account until i get to the hotel . my money were taken from my account with a month in advance. when i called the hotel all i got was " not refundable, not refundable" , i tried explaining that i do want the tickets i just want to pay when i was told that i had to pay and i asked to keep what they said . i had that money blocked for a month with no reason whatsoever . not a very customer oriented staff |

the hotel was close to the tram and the bus stop it was very far from the center of the city. it took a while to get around. the place that it was in was also a bit dodgy. there werent much good places to eat around the place. the breakfast was okay, nothing great though. very simple. |

It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The recomandation for an Italian rest. near by was excellent. The location was quite far away from the downtown. It took us 45 min by bus to get there. |

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful with any questions we had about how to get to city centre and main attractions. They also had excellent english. The hotel room itself was very basic it was clean however the sheets had holes in them which was pretty obvious to staff, they should not have been put on the beds to begin with.. |

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was with a big bathtube und very comforting. Many towels. Breakfast was okay, good for Italy, where breakfast means only sweet dishes. Internet acces (wi fi and one computer in the lobby) was free and easy to use. there are flatscvreen tvs mounted at the wall, which were good in principle. But the person in the neighbouring room turned the volume so high that it was loud in our room |

The exterior of the hotel looked quite old and deceiving but we were pleasantly surprised when we saw the rooms. Rooms were a bit on the small side, but it was very clean and toilets were newly renovated. Free wireless internet connection as well. There's a big shopping centre just around the corner as well but we didn't discover that until the last day of our stay. Breakfast was not that great. Really basic. Ham, salami, 2 types of cereal, cakes, crossaint. But there're a couple of nice bakeries/cafes across the street. No ironing service but there is a laundromat across the street as well. |

Public parking garage next to the hotel. Good price; good location, easy to reach to City center by tram. We were three and booked for triple superior room. But when we arrived, the staff at the reception sent us to a with two beds. Later on, he solved the problem by receiving instruction by phone. |

The location was good, the hotel had very quick access to the city center. The area was nice, the staff was polite and very helpful. Great value for money. Breakfast was a little bit poor, but it was not so bad anyway. |
