Hotel Berlino  

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean, well equipped, you have everything you need.

The location is quite good - 20mins to the centre but the tram connection is not always reliable. Taxis are however not very expensive (15€ to the center).

Nice and clean rooms, quite spacious, delicious breakfast (with the exception of coffee). Located next to the bus and tram stop, the center for 15-20 minutes.

Far from the center, so little food shops and restaurants.

A recently rennovated hotel with a lift for the budget conscious traveller. The staff were very helpful and kind. I was very unwell on arrival and they got me into a quiet room very quickly. The room was spacious, extremely clean, a comfortable bed (I spent 48 hours straight in it!), a window that opened and heating that you could control. I was also very grateful there was a fridge with a range of drinks. Once I got to understand the public transport system it was easy to reach all tourism sites.

I should have eaten dinner in the centre before returning to Hotel Berlino as there were limited places to eat at night near the hotel.

Good value for money. Very clean, recently renovated, nice rooms, good breakfast, free Internet at the lobby, helpful staff at the reception. Location wise, it has easy access from Malpensa Airport by car, free parking quite easy to find on the streets around and good connections by tram with the center, at about 15 minutes ride.

Not the best sound proof system, loud noises can be heard through the walls.

+ excellent breakfast for an italian hotel + very clean room, cleaning the room every day + room feels spacious + very helpfull staff + you can buy public transport tickets at the hotel + location not bad, has bus stops and tram stops almost at your door, but no metro. Easy access to center ( tram 14), naviglio area (tram19) , stazione centrale (bus 90) + free wifi, though not very fast + we got nice price offer/value for milano

It is very good hotel, with hotel staff, location, comfort and breakfast. Hotel was clear. I can recommend hotel Berlino.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the first minute. If you go by car there is a parking next door which is very good!

Pleasant staff and comfortable room with free wifi

The non-smoking room stank of stale tobacco smoke - very disappointing. Whether this was as a result of previous occupants smoking or whether the communal AC system was filtering smoke through it was hard to deduce. Either way the smell if stale smoke seriously impeded our enjoyment of the room and overall satisfaction with the hotel

Mattress is too hard!

Wifi connection is quite fast. Access to the city was quite easy using trams at Piazza Firenze. They were quite humorous at breakfast trying to offer 3 kind of juices but in actual fact tasted the same albeit 3 different colours.

There was only one towel in a shared bedroom.

The location is good if you use tram. Restauran is easy specially for western food

The staf name Marco is really un polite and very proud . they will newer try to help guest .they are staff only working in the reception but they think they are the owner of the hotel . very very un polite people . the bhatroom ia as small as the baby box . its hard to fix in the shower . the blanket is so dusty maybe they newer wash for 5 years . not good for indonesian or south east asia people

The walls are very thin and the people next door kept me awake. You could hear everything they were saying.

Esta bien ubicado a un kilometro de la parada del autobus del aeropuerto malpesa de la Fira, para ir al centro facil con tranvia 14 a unos metros que te deja en catedral en 20 minutos. Aurora de recepción mañana excelente, desayuno bien, habitación cómoda en definitiva todo bien en general.

El hotel ganaría con personal de tarde en recepción más agradable. Las nuevas tasas turisticas suben el precio en todo Milan a 1€ mas por persona día y estrella (6€ + por noche en doble) lo que es una pasada, desalientan el turísmo en esta ciudad.

All was good, just there was some problems with internet it didn`t work sometimes. Staff is nice ad polite.

The tax is very high , location isn`t very good cause far away from center.

Basato sulla essenzialità. Piccole le stanze ma pulite e confortevoli. Connessione in camera e tv con SKY inclusa nel prezzo. Colazione abbondante e di qualità.

Gute Erreichbarkeit mit ÖV, Linie 91 direkt vom Hauptbahnhof und Tram 14 in die Innenstadt. In der Nähe diverse günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein praktisches Stadthotel. Für ital. Verhältnisse gutes Frühstück, Frühstücksbuffet alles sehr sauber.

Kein Zahnputzbecher vorhanden.

La propreté, Le petit déjeuner mais un peu simple.

Parking 12€, très cher! Isolation médiocre. On entendait les voisins. Les employés peu aimable!
