Que és un hotel que està molt a prop de l' estació central i de una boca de metro, amb molts serveis i l ' habitació estaba molt bé a més la gent era molt amable. Habitació àmplia i molt neta. |

Per sobre de tot l'atenció del personal de recepció i menjador de l'esmorzar. Confort de l'habitació i serveis anexes. Molt bon Hotel. Un quatre estrelles amb serveis de cinq estrelles. |

The hotel is very close to the main railway station and bus connections to airports. There is also a Metro station close by. Staff were all very courteous and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Room and all hotel facilities of a high standard. Couldn't criticise anything about the hotel itself. However, surrounding area has a large number of massage parlours and a number of streetwalkers. Perhaps not an ideal location for a single female traveller. |

It was very central for sightseeing and shopping. It was close to the airport. I particularly liked the complimentary tea/coffee available all day. There were 7 of us staying in the hotel. We returned to the hotel one night at 11pm and the bar was closed. We pointed out that we were residents but were told that it would not be reopened. |

The breakfast is superb and is better than that of any five star hotel to include the Westin in Florence where I stayed in May. In addition the free mini bar is an added bonus. The staff could not be more helpful or friendlier. The location is perfect and room 224 is worth returning to. I like everything about the hotel and recomend it to all my friends in Ireland |

The breakfast was by far the best I have had in Italy. Excellent location, 25 m to metro statiton, right across from Central Railway Station. There are also nice night clubs and fancy restaurants around. Easy to get around, car park is an advantage since hotel asks for 18 euros, private parks are 20. If you are staying in milan for business or as your base and you will go north and come back, this is a great hotel. Milan visitors should choose hotels closer to Duomo, hotel had a great location but taxis are very expensive in Milan and it is easier to walk if you are around Duomo. Plus, the restaurants and bars are nicer down there. |

The best thing about this Hotel is that the Staff are really on their toes. They know who are paying the bills and they treat you accordingly. Pity these traditions of service have disappeared in so many places. The yellow dust carpet over the entrance carpet!!! |

Berna was amazing, rooms are fairly small but have everything we need, soft drink complimentary mini bar. Very nice buffet breakfast. But the best asset is the staff. Will go back... |

Yes, I liked my staying there. Location is good enough, a lot of cheap but good cafes and restos around the place, subway just in a minute work disyance, And you can save your money on the transfer to airport, because Shuttle bus stops a ten minutes work fron the Hotel Berna. The staff was very attentive and pacient to my needs (I was looking for tonns of information concerning Milan and its suburbs). Food (breakfast and free snacks) is really exellent. And it seems to be one of the rares place in Milano where people can speak and understand foreign languages. |

The location is perfect, in the direct vicinity of the central station and a 10 minute walk from the famous Corso Buenos Aires (shopping street). In addition, the underground can be entered at 100 metres from the hotel. |

The general ambience of the hotel, but especially the staff. All staff seemed genuinely sincere in their happy mood and desire to assist us, we especially wish to thank Mrs Fontana and Agazio our bar waiter for treating us so well. Some rooms are small, we had these on two of our four separate stays at the hotel, but I imagine little can be done about this. |

Location is perfect (and safe), as is the breakfast (fresh fruits!). Staff speaks good English and is helpful. Rooms are good. Good quality for this price. Noise: use of water in other rooms is a bit disturbing. |
