Location is ideal for Central Station travellers, it is very close to the Metro, there is provided an excellent breakfast with courteous service, the hotel is relatively quiet. Elevators are quite small... but not bothersome for a single person. |

The rooms & the bathroom were very clean. free drinks in the mini-bar, free coffee, tea & snack all day long. the staff are very nice specially the barman. One early morning, we could here people in the rooms upstairs...like a kid running & talking loudly in his room. |

The service was impeccable. You feel like you are staying at a 5 star hotel for 3 star cost. The complimentary happy hour and amazingly large breakfast were an added bonus! The location to the train station was perfect. The bathroom showers could be larger and the decor could be updated in the rooms, but the service makes you overlook these minor deficiencies. |

Very nice room, friendly and helpful multilingual staff, no extra charges for many special services - 24 hour coffee and tea, in room or off lobby, free use of computers and printer, great breakfast, free newspapers, etc. The plumbing from other rooms, above and maybe adjacent, was quite noisy and disturbing. Otherwise the rooms were great, large and comfortable for European hotels. They allowed me to move rooms, but not much improvement. May be better on top floor? |

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. When I called regarding my room being too cold, someone was around within 5 minutes to help me with this and also brought a blanket! I liked having coffee/tea in my room and the shower was the best I've had in Europe - great water pressure and very appreciated after travelling all day. having to pay for wifi. |

Hotel Berna is a great hotel. Our rooms were large and very comfortable. We greatly appreciated all of the lovely special touches, such as the free internet access, coffee, tea and sweets in lobby area, free stocked mini-bar, slippers and robe that were provided, amazing breakfast that was included, and pleasant staff. The location was perfect since we arrived in Milan via train and left via bus to airport from the very close- by central train station. Great value for such a good hotel! |

Good access to the subway, central station and the shuttle bus to the airport. Hotel staffs are very helpful to me for everything. It was a nice stay to me three days. If each room has an airconditioner, it will be much comfortable. |

We enjoyed the spacies room, the tub in the bathroom and also the dune instead of Sheets was great. A glass of wine in the bar with friendly Max ended up with more glasses and nipping to the tapas and the four female friends never left the hotel to see any of Milan on our last day in Italy. Free internet also great. |

Good hotel with excellent service but like many European Hotels expensive for the standard of rooms and location. Location near central station was good but the area itself is a bit seedy. |
