We were not impressed with this hotel and do not know how it was awarded three stars The amount we paid was robbery at 280 euros per night. I realise this was at the time of the Fair, but nobody should pay that for the standard of this hotel. They also took the money out of my credit card 4 months before our arrival and stated it was non-refundable and I know why. In the first room we had was a double bed and we could hardly move, when we complained they gave us a triple room which was only slightly bigger. It was very depressing. The blanket for the bed was one that I would give to my dog, not only didn't it fit the bed but the trimmimg was all torn. |

Location was relatively good. Not so clean, very worn down, very thin walls and doors, very small rooms. "Our "special price" of 79€/night turned out to be 25% higher then what most paid. |

The location was great to either walk to the center of Milan was great and a metro stop and train station was just a stone throw from the hotel. I was able to check in early which meant I could refresh and hit the city right away. The walls were a bit thin and I could hear everything in the hallway, next room and outside - ear plugs needed. |
