Hotel was nice - had a leak in the toilet the first night - but they moved us to another room and the rest of the stay was comfortable and well located. |

Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was availiable until 11 am so there was no rush in the mornings. Rooms were clean and comfortable and room service was fast. |

Very central and very near of all important sights. The only problem was that they make us wait for the room on arrival for 2 hours. When we arrived at 13:00 hrs.they told us that the room is not available until 14:00 but we did not get it until 15:00. The truth of the matter is that the previous guests did not leave the room until 12:45 when they should have vacated the room at 12:00. So we basically paid for the room for their extra time. |

excellent location and hotel staff service. Everybody were polite and friendly. Hotel facilities and rooms were perfect. We strongly recommend the hotel for staying in Florence. |

We were extremely pleased with the beautiful accommodations and the location of the hotel. We feel that the rooms were very well priced and in a wonderful location. When we return to Florence we will definitely book with Bernini Palace again! |

Never met more friendly and helpful staff anywhere like the ones in this hotel. They really made everything so perfect. Everything was very comfortable in this hotel. |

The decoration of the room and the breakfast 1)We didn't like the staff, 2)it was too dark inside with no light, 3)when the food was cooked at the restaurant the reception was smelling, 4)bad internet connection, 5)low electric power in the room, 6)no good parking service, it took them too long to bring our car and the parking guy had put a bike in our car. |

The staff were very helpful and co-operative considering the nos of guests they have to deal with and the nos of questions put forward in guests looking for the best deals. I especially want to thank Francessca who went out of her way to make our stay memorable. Thank you. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan and the ac would not cool properly, we had to have an additional mobile ac in our room which got in the way. |

The hotel was very nice.However:a) our room was on the third floor. Elevator opened up on both sides to 3/4 floors, we continually got mixed up as to which exit to take. Arrows needed in elevator to point the right way b) steps hard to see since carpeting had a black background, almost missed a few once or twice c) it's an easy to get a free breakfast if not incld. waiters don't ask your room # |

Impossibile mangiare al ristorante,a detta loro non c'era posto - la stanza (n°117) era umida e fredda e con vista su un cavedio molto sporco - la mia auto è tornata dal parchegggio infangata e con un odore infernale di muffa all'interno (forse il loro parcheggio è sulla riva dell'Arno???) però costa 35 Euro |
