The interior of the room and the whole hotel is very much within the essence of the city , amazing feeling you never stop feeling you are in Florence , very helpful staff , very decent and nice , excellent hygiene the room is really impressing . Location is perfect although Florence is not so big yet this one is very close to the best area in florence , for couples it's a romantic room it's really special.
I liked everything however the concierge although helpful they don't consider price friendly services if you ever ask for a service from outside a tour anything a ride , they don't consider the price....
Bernini - an excelent hotel with an excelent location in the middle of the historical center
The Hotel was an old Palazzo, and hence many stairs on the same level, making carrying a suitcase up and down necessary. the breakfast was adequate, but not stellar. the location was excellent and only a few blocks to the Duomo, and 1 km or so to the train station. it was in back of the Uffizi.
the room could have been a bit bigger and the lamps a bit brighter.
Very luxurious, very central to all the sights.
The view from the room.
We would say that staying at Bernini Hotel was the most memorable stay during our holiday. Start from the prompt booking response fr the hotel directly three months ago, though we book it from booking.com, until the time we check out fr the hotel ~ the experience were great. The greetings when we arrive, the services, the room, the bed, bathroom and location are perfect. Thank you Bernini!
Although small, and maybe a little dated, the room was cozy, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely. The staff very attentive. I would recommend this hotel absolutely.
At first Wifi was down. For the price, decor could use a little update.
Location is so convenience to all major museums. Rooms were very large. Breakfast was good. Front desk was so willing to help.
Limited menu in lounge if you wanted a quick bite. Should be open a little later so late diners can enjoy an after dinner drink.
The best location, the friendliest of staff, the most comfortable night' sleep in a hotel bed and a city so packed with beauty that my husband has promised to bring me back soon! Can't recommend the Bernini Palace enough. We loved our stay here.
Very 5 star
This is a top drawer Hotel. Is everything perfect? Not quite, but darn close. This was our 4th stay and we will return without question. Value for money is excellent if you want luxury within reach. The location of the property is ideal, making any location an easy walk in any direction. The staff is excellent and strive to meet any request.
If you must find something to complain about you could, but why bother?
Very nice hotel - quality furnishings and fittings throughout. Helpful, polite staff - not overly friendly but efficient. Location was good. Very short walk to shopping areas and tourist attractions. I liked everything about this hotel but .......
The noise that drifted up from the laneway below. In the middle of the night it was late night revellers and early in the morning it was people doing maintenance work on either the hotel building or the building next door. We had travelled continuously for 36 hours from Australia and asked for a quiet room. We were given a room on the top (5th) floor and were thankful for that but still had disrupted sleep on both nights of our stay.
Breakfast is limited
Cozeyness, the view of the smn
The lobby design, the breakfast room
The hotel is a real palace in a great location in beautiful city
Location is great. Right next to all major sites including Ponte Vecchio. Staff are great. Room is spacious and clean.
One staff member was a bit aloof. Overall it was a great experience though.
Location - couldn't ask for more. All "must see" places within few minutes walk from hotel. Plenty of eateries around. Hotel interiors and rooms well appointed and retain the old time charm.
Breakfast - cannot say anything positive. Options were limited. Staff had an attitude . Not very pleasant and willing to serve.
Location very good and staff very helpful.
Pity that the drinks and snacks for Executive rooms disappeared since last year. That was my main disappointment.
Helpful concierge and head waiter. Spectacular breakfast room. Comfortable rooms.
Poor housekeeping. Breakfast only average.
Beautiful hotel. Amazing location. Very helpful staff.
Coffee available in the room
Procedure for shipping cumbersome..had to be cash
Location too noisy. Rooms are too small, especially for the price.
Just beside Piazza della Signoria, the location is perfect for sightseeing as well as for shopping and dining. The room was nearly sound proof and ensured good sleep.
Nice hotel very near from the statue of David. Rooms are well-decorated. My room was cleaned twice a day. This hotel has become much better after the renovation. Breakfast is ample. I will come here again.
Nothing in particular.
The hotel staff were extremely helpfull and courteous. They went out of their way to assist us. The hotel concierge, Massimo, went out to bought out museum tickets for us. We stayed for eight nights and we had a fantastic time. Riana
